“The staff are kind and the service is excellent.”
We reserved two rooms for a family trip and stayed for three nights and four days with five people. It took about 40 minutes to get there by taxi from Don Mueang Airport. At first, we mistakenly went to the nearby Rembrandt Hotel, but if you go a little further in, you will reach the entrance of this hotel. It might be confusing if it's your first time. Although it is the same hotel chain, many people seem to get confused, so the hotel staff kindly transported our suitcases to the Rembrandt Hotel and handed them over at the check-in counter with a practiced touch, which was amusing. There are two elevators at two locations, one that goes to the 32nd floor and another that goes to the top 33rd floor. The pool and gym are on the 11th floor and are available from 6 AM to 10 PM. There were free towels available for those using the pool. The hotel rooms are spacious and equipped with a kitchen, and they provided us with water every day. There is also an electric kettle, microwave, and mugs, so simple cooking is possible. Thank you for making the beds every day; it made our stay comfortable. Since there were no toothbrushes among the amenities, it’s better to bring your own. There were shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion, but it was too little for two people, so we bought more at a convenience store. There are several massage shops within about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, so I hope you can check them out. We booked with breakfast included, and every day we enjoyed a delicious buffet. Breakfast is served from 6 AM to 10:30 AM at the nearby Rembrandt Hotel. The made-to-order omelets are highly recommended! There were various types of bread and rice dishes available. We also enjoyed yogurt, fruits, and cereals. On the day of checkout, they kindly offered us a free ride to the nearest Asoke Station, which was very helpful. I thought it would be difficult to walk for more than 10 minutes carrying heavy suitcases, so when the hotel staff asked where we were going and I told them we were heading to the station, they called for a car for us. Thank you for the wonderful service until the end! It was a fun family trip!
