“Overpriced, non-existent staff and poor facilities”
Sensational location but the place itself is a bit of a hole. The “ski room” is non-existent and is just a few lockers on the bottom floor which are taken up by whoever is staying next to them. There are no staff, asked a few times at reception but no-one wanted to know about Machu “not our problem” was essentially the response. If I paid half of what I paid I’d still feel short changed.
