Close to ideal”

For my purposes (distance to another, much more expensive hotel), REZT Bangkok was ideal. The staff were friendly and helpful. The double room was a good size, and the bathroom was clean. The room did overlook a huge building site, but the noise from the site wasn't overly intrusive. I was told they worked from 9am to 6pm, but it was more like 8am to 10pm. No big deal for me! It is a bit of a walk to/from the nearest BTS station, but it was not too far. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Also there are plenty of massage places (of varying quality!) very close to this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Sukhumvit.

Great new concept for a hotel”

I stayed a week because it was so good! 1.Brand new hotel. 2.All modern facilities and room layout although only 24sqm great design. 3.Staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful, I stay at over 50 hotels a year these people really impressed me with their happy, helpful and professional manner. 4.The hotel is a combined standard hotel the 3 room types, normal stuff. But 1/4 of the hotel. separated by a stairwell and lift is a a dormitory style backpacker accommodation. I looked at it and wow Ive never seen backpacker accommodation this clean and nice before. 5.Because of the dormitory style accommodation 3/4 of the ground floor is a social area contains a massive modern kitchen with all the things you could ever want if you are cooking yourself. big fridge freezer very large12 seat dining table and a 60'' TV with couches. There is also easing machines and dryers to make it all too easy. Adjacent to this common area is a large courtyard with tables and benches. its a large area and I can see many parties happening there in the future. The interesting thing and fun thing about this hotel/backpacker accommodation is it creates a very happy social and community environment. Like no other hotel I have ever stayed at. Its totally won me over. I will be back 100% for sure... Two things only to put in the negative column for fairness. 1.No pool. 2.The Soi / laneway is a bit hard to find the first time you go there. I am sure they will get a larger sign in the future on Soi 22 to make it easier to find. Bangkok being Bangkok the google street maps can't keep up with its rapid changing road and laneway system. The easiest way to find it is to say its directly behind Dinosaur Planet theme park on Sukhumvit. Great owner great idea for a hotel, hats off to Rezt Hotel. Simon.

My Go-To Place in Bangkok”

I come to Bangkok a lot, and this is my favorite hostel. I've stayed in many hostels around the city, but this one is the best. Here's why: - Staff is wonderful, very helpful and welcoming. They always remember the bed I prefer and make sure its available for me whenever I come. - They don't skimp on the air conditioning. Some hostels turn off the AC during the day, or keep the temperature high to save money. Rezt keeps the AC remotes in the room/dorms so you can adjust to your liking and nap during the day without sweating uncontrollably. - Laundry available for 80 baht per load (includes washer, dryer, detergent, and softener) - Bedding is top notch, especially for a hostel - down comforters and duvets, and they make up your bed every day - Soap, shampoo, water bottle, and new towel replenished daily when room is made up - The downstairs is comfortable, outdoor patio is lovely at night with outdoor lighting and candles I HIGHLY recommend!

Definitely worth the money”

The Rezt Hotel is a modern and new place to stay. Location is close to Sukhumvit street in a quiet location. Place is a bit hidden but take the first street on the left if you walk from Sukhumvit street. The corridor floor looks unfinished but I guess it’s a trendy style and just simply decorations. Room very nice and silent air con. Coin operated washer/dryer downstairs as well as a beverage machine. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Minimalist and clean hotel”

The Rezt Hotel is very modern and minimalist. The've got rooms & bunk beds, price is affordable. The only downside of this, would be the location, as it's inside the ally, you won't be able to get a cab/Grab easily as most people didn't know this place existed. So it did took us a while to figure out that the hotel is at the end of the ally. Overally, for long stay, am pretty satisfied. They've got snack bar (chargeable & quite cheap), washing machine, lounge and an outdoor garden space to chill.

Worthy hotel ”

the design of hotel is simple and clean. It is quite diffiult to find a twins bed, Rezt hotel is the only choice for my me. Fortunately, it is on my expectation. Staffs are friendly, cleaned room, accessible location. Altough the hotel is surrounded by some bars and trash collection, located at the end of alley which means you will smell those trash when you walk through, I still can accpet if not for long stay. It is one of considrable hotel if you need twins bed with affordable price.

Great place”

Rezt hotel is a white building near Prom Phong bts and Asok Btk. About 700m from Rezt to Terminal 21. Have many massage places around Rezt. The room is small but clean, morden and comfi The staff quite nice. The public place nice and comfi for ưaiting, reading for taking nice picture.

Nice hotel, newly renovated, sleek design”

We're a couple, and we spent 10 days at Rezt. It's a nice place, sleekly designed and comfortable. Bedding and towels were nice, and the hotel is clean with working aircon, TV, nice 2-head showers, in-room safe and small minibar. TV has a handful of English channels, with about 40 channels total - other languages are covered. Value for money: we paid about 30 euros per night, and the hotel is newly renovated, with nice style and design. Location: it's in a sub-Soi in Sukumvit, close to the main road and about 15 minute walk to BTS. The Soi has plenty of massage places and a bar complex. But still seemed safe and not skeevy. Cleanliness: super clean, and the hotel provided 2 free water bottles with cleaning service everyday. Staff: kind and friendly, very welcoming. You could tell there was a real effort to make this a nice place. Facilities: hotel doesn't have a restaurant, pool, or rooftop, but it does have a self-kitchen area and a ground-floor terrace. In the 10 days we spent there, we mostly were in the room or out of the hotel. Overall: a good experience, comfortable and clean. Well worth it!

This was my 3rd time staying at Rezt Bangkok. Staff are very friendly, helpful and always greet us. Room very clean and bed comfortable. Always my First Choice accommodation here in Bangkok. Highly Recommended!

great stay at REZT ”

my 5th trip to Bangkok my 5th hotel and this is the best one so far 1st of all if you are checking google maps / streetview its such a new hotel its not there on streetview I arrived via BTS and it took me 10mins to walk from Phrom Phong station to the hotel , if you are walking down the soi you may think surely its not down there but it is on arrival was greeted by friendly guy on reception , paid for room and paid 1000b deposit for key room was great for the price , comfortable bed , good shower and plenty of room for me inroom safe and minibar ( good prices as well ) 2 bottles of water provided daily for free as well as tea/coffee I stayed here for a total of 5 nights 2 start & 3 at end of my stay and found it good I will stay here again in the future has not negatives about it

One person can have a big negative or postive influence”

Stayed last year for several weeks in Rezt. The Hotel and part of the staff is very nice. HOWEVER, there is a big negative factor, which makes me leave this place today. The lady who is working night shift has no clue about Hotel Management and is overwhelmed even with standard tasks. Together with an unfriendly and unhappy face, I realize that I don’t need to see her inappropriate face every evening, without greeting even once. Yes, lady you may have won for the moment. But the Hotel Rezt also lost a long time guest as you know me all. Wish the rest of the staff all the best.

We stay Rezt hotel eight nights. The family room is bright and smells no cigarette smoke. The hotel offers free WIFI for all inhouse guests both in the room and in the hotel compound. The staff at the hall counter is very friendly. Thank you so very much for your hospitality.
