River Park Homestay is an amazing place to stay in Hoi An. Lan the owner is one of the loveliest people ever and an amazing cook. The Homestay is located a five minute walk to the beach and 10 minute motorbike ride from the night market. It’s on a super quiet street facing the river. The stay includes a delicious breakfast and options to rent a motorbike or use a bicycle. I booked for one night and ended up staying for three because I was so comfortable. Thank you so much! 10/10 recommend to any travelers.

Lan really really has been of the best host ever! Staying here made me feel like being home, comfortable and peaceful. Away from the noise of the crowded city yet close to the beach and best fish restaurants! You are 10min to the beach and get to stay in a quite part of the city. Just a short walk or moments ride from the beach and a quick journey in to Hoi An itself. This place was great value. Got a nice bed in a hostel with a lovely lady. Lan was offering me noodles as soon as I walked through the gate late one night. Had me breakfast made early in the morning. And showed concern about me setting off on my travels in the rain. Really nice feel here. Great lady.

The staff was super nice, helpful and genuine. The family dinner they make every night is very tasty and it only costs 50k which is very cheap compared to when u go out for dinner in hoi an. Its a nice and quiet place and its only a 5 minute walk from the beach.

Lahn and her friends are welcoming and guests are accommodated well and fed. Haha. I think I gained weight while I was here. I enjoyed the karaoke nights and uno games. I've never enjoyed so much company, as I don't really talk with other guests. I felt home here. I'll definitely go back. Missing River Park!! Love, Philippines. ❤️

I was supposed to stay for 2 nights only, but I extended my stay until my visa expired. Lan is the best host i ever had and I felt so comfy at river park. It’s perfectly located if you prefer quiet areas, close to the beach, the breakfast ist really nice and lan and her sister help you with everything. I can only recommend and I will go back for sure!

Booked it for 2 days and ended up staying for 2 weeks. the place is lovely and clean, overlooking the river. It's about 5min walk to the beach, free sunbed and beautiful beach with some bars in walking distance. it takes about 15min to cycle to old town which makes it a a great location. Lan was a great host, she helped a lot with buses etc. and joined in when we had a boot camp session on the beach :)

I stayed here for three days. Was welcomed on my first night with noodlesoup: the staff is very kind and goes to great lengths to make you feel at easy. This hostel is relatively new and you can see that in the dorm and facilities: everything looks clean and works perfectly. The only negative thing during my stay was the wifi: sometimes it would not work, but if it did it was quite fast.

Had problems with agoda on arrival, wrong room booked, however staff quickly resolved the problem although to their loss. Manager was very friendly without the whole stay joining in with guests and helping out with information or food arrangements. Room was very clean and spacious and location was great, 5 min walk to go to the beach everyday and use their sunbeds. Beach bar had cheapish prices too.

I booked for 3 night, mainly because of the beach location (7 min walk) and ended up staying for a week! I feel here like at home. Lan, the lady manager is excellent. Super friendly and helpful, now is more like a friend :) She takes care of you, get concerned if you slept well and cooks very good breakfast. On site there is free WiFi, you can buy water and cheap cold beer:) There is also motorbike and bicycle rental if you need, as well as laundry service. I highly recommend you the place if you want a break from the city noise and need some relaxing time!!

The shared room with 4 beds was comfy enough. What made this stay was the family/staff. They'd help you with anything or at least try to help. Chilled out and quiet at night. We drunk wine in the courtyard until 2am and they even helped us find a bottle opener

Amazing location, away from downtown mess and close to beautiful beach (5 min walk). The host is a beautiful person. She will help with everything. The vibe is amazing. Got to know some of the nicest people so far in my trip. Clean, cozy and great value for money. Many nights we would cook with lan (the manager) and eat together. One of the best places I stayed in so far.
