River Suites excels on location, comfort, customer service”
We booked two rooms, for three adults, at River Suites in HoiAn. They communicated wonderfully through WhatsApp by making sure we had pre booked transportation to and from the airport. The hotel was the perfect distance from the business of the main part of town while being quiet enough to sleep well. The beds were comfortable. Our rooms were very clean. We used the laundry service, it was finished before noon the next day. Complementary breakfast hit the spot. Overall price was reasonable. Would definitely stay when we visit again.

Right at the doorstep of Hoi An ancient town. Rooms were great and clean with a big soak bath. Warm and cold air-conditioning needed for those cold days. Buffet breakfast was good. Staff amazing and very helpful. Spa onsite was grrat but for cold days they need to warm the room or have blankets as it can get cold during massage. Highly recommend.

Great location, close walking distance to everything, but just far enough to be quite at night. The breakfast was pretty good with a decent mix of western and Vietnamese food. We booked the River view room. Rooms were clean. Staff was pretty kind and professional, as are most people we met in Hoi An. We were disappointed that that our room didn’t have a balcony. It was on the 5th story. The listing on Agoda stated a balcony was available but not all the rooms have them. The pictures didn’t quite match the one we had, and the windows were small which meant less natural daylight. When we asked the staff, they moved into another room on the 3rd floor. Much better view, daylight, and had the balcony as advertised.

Best Hotel with good location in Hoi An”
We totally loved the stay. The best part was river view rooms. It's just 2 mins walking from Ancient town so you can walk it around no need to travel far or hire a bike for it. The rooms were clean & pretty. The location is the biggest plus of this hotel and the view Con: Breakfast spread was limited

Wonderful staff & hotel, perfect location”
This is a beautiful hotel right at the edge of Hoi An's old town, right on the river. The location is perfect, a quick walk anywhere but it's quieter than being in the middle of the old town. The staff are wonderful and helpful, every one of them. They'll help you find a tailor, arrange an airport shuttle, anything you need, just ask them! Great room, nice amenities and surprisingly large. The pool is very nice too, especially after a hot walk. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good value for money with great location”
Lovely hotel with beautiful room and a perfect view of the river from the balcony. Location is amazing and the staff were friendly and courteous. We didn't use the pool as it's open air but just inside the lobby so slightly awkwardly positioned. Main downside was that breakfast doesn't have very many vegetarian options apart from bread and cereal despite the other nice looking but meaty Vietnamese options. Also there's a fruit fly infestation which needs to be addressed! Overall, relatively minor issues in an otherwise great hotel.

Thanks to all the team who made an effort to decorate our room for our anniversary. We really appreciate them. Thanks for the wine too. The hotel staffs are so friendly and they really care and would ask whether is everything ok during our stay there. They would recommend the place to visit nearby. Evening in Hoi an is like another level. The location of this hotel is perfect to enjoy the place fullest. They also provide you bicycle to explore the area. The super helpful staff. A good and healthy breakfast. Overall it is worth every penny.
