Nice room, cozy and comfy”

We actually stayed because my baby has a balance bike racing at Central Bangna. We were dumped by another hotel where we booked through Agoda. However, the great support from Agoda made us find here. The location is great; not too far from Central Bangna as wished. Staffs are nice. The room is fully equipped e.g. microwave, crockery, fridge, dining table, sofa, dish washing sink. We are so happy staying here.

The name of hotel is actually "Romance Service Apartment". I went to the hotel that really named "Romance Hotel" and found that it's not the right one. Romance Hotel and Romance Service Apartment are under the same owner but Romance Service Apartment is about 2-3 km. away from Romance Hotel that I went to at first. This company, they have a few hotels under the name Romance Somthings... The Romance Service Apartment, for the staffs they call it Romance#4 and Romance Hotel is something like Romance #5. The map on Agoda is correct,

when you get onto a cab, tell the driver that you are going to romance service apartment. for me, i get to romance hotel than to romance service apartment which make my girl angry with me. my girl has told me not to book this apartment again. it is very deep into the street so don't walk out to central bangna, it is not safe to walk on the street like this at night. they have washing machine & dryer on the 1st floor. i asked the staff how to use the machines (does it dry the clothing after it wash?) but she only speak a bit of english. i put my clothing into the dryer which i thought it was a washer, i never use or use a dryer before, so i waste my 60 mins & for that.

Nice hotel in srinakarin”

Internet is fast, bed is comfortable, aircon works well. Location is not too far from main road. Need taxi to travel as there is subway / BTS nearby. It is in between Paradise mall & Central Bangna mall.

Ok hotel with good size fridge”

The hotel is hard to locate as the hotel name should be "Romance Serviced apartment" instead of "Romance Sukhumvit 103". No restaurant within the hotel. We went to the restaurant next to the hotel for lunch, but were charged with foreigners' price, which is over twice as much as the local price. There are washer and dryer on the first floor with the detergent being provided. The colour of the sheet and quilt cover looks yellowish which feels not clean. The overall feeling about this hotel is two star instead of three and a half star.

nice hotel, close to central bangna, paradise park, and seacon square malls. great for shopping, food, and relaxation. on the negative side there was a strong sewer stench on the first day which subsided over the next few days. other issues were with a daily loud bang similar to a gun shot in between 8:15am and 9:45am, inconsistent water pressure, internet problems, and electricity daily blackouts around 12:30pm. the old crt tv's should be changed with lcd hd tv's.

Perfect room and helpfull staffs”

I didnt expect anything from this hotel as the price was cheap but we had no choice for my friend's wedding the next day. But I was very surprised We got a huge room, clean and staffs are very helpful with their services. I would recommend!!!

Small little hotel”

We had a pleasant stay at Romance hotel as the apartment was clean, comfortable and properly furnished. Kitchen bar was good and we can quickly churn out a quick meal. No problems at check in or check out and the staff were polite. The downside was the far from any BTS train station. We had a excellent seafood dinner at Sortel restaurant. The seafood (steamed crab, fried rice and steamed prawns) were spectacular. Ambience was good with live band performance by local celebrity Relatively close to night life places which features nignt clubs and pubs with lots of foreigners. A great hang out and chill out place at night to enjoy some drinking, dancing and socialising.

check-n staff were courteous and spoke english well. the location was quiet and about 2 minutes motocy taxi from bangna central shopping centre, though as it is a quiet location sometimes had to walk a little down the road to find a taxi. overall good value for this price range. free wifi, also bbc and australia network on tv

Nice hotel”

We had contacted the hotel about a room, and due to a bus delay we didn't arrive until 3:30am. However much to my gratitude they had kept a room for us. We stayed three nights and received friendly and helpful service, as well as a free 30 minute massage and loads of fresh fruit. Excellent value for money - highly recommended.

Great value in booking this hotel. value for money if you need to be in Bangna for business trip. However, for business traveller do take note that their WIFI do not allow VPN connections.

I like to stay here. The price not expensive and a lot of restaurant around hotel. I usually take motorcycle or taxi when I have to go out and not difficult to find them.

The Movie from silver package on Cable TV, Make we enjoy that forget the time. And the location is near the 3 Big shopping mall, Central Bangna, Paradise Park, Seacon Square. that full of Multiplex thetre, fun park, resturance, shopping mall inside.

nice hotel ,the staff are friendly, room clean,quiet area. i stayed before on 2016 and this is second time. advised who want a quiet place to take view days rest before going to any cities.

Styling of the room is dated, but room and toilet are clean and spacious, air conditioner working well. Near Central bangna and Seacon square department store and shopping arcade. However, television had very few channels available most of which were European channels speaking French and..... We asked the reception for assistance about the matter and she simply replied that “most of our clients are foreigners, therefore in some rooms we only have foreign channels in several foreign languages”. “If you want movie channels, you need to tune up the television yourself. The truth is there were only 20 channels and mostly in French and Arabic or Indian. A few in thai and English. Also the picture reception was not clear, lots of lines across the screen as if there was an interference of the frequency. Was not really happy with my stay here, but again, one unwelcoming staff can ruin your stay

Quiet & Convenient hotel”

Good service from staff since check-in till check-out. Hotel location a little bit difficult to find at first but convenience enough for commuting and quite close to near-by shopping centers. Hotel is a mix of serviced apartment and hotel so room is quite spacious and quiet. Room is well equiped with necessary equipments and personal amenities provided.
