The accommodation is clean, spacious, and nice. You can also cook simple meals and use the washing machine (although it makes a loud noise like an airplane engine when it's running...). It's really convenient that the shopping mall and Lotte Mart are nearby. It takes a bit of walking to get to the old town of Hanoi. It felt just like home. But there is construction nearby, and they just keep working through the night... so it seems like it will be noisy for a while. The swimming pool is large and good, but the water... is a bit dirty... there is a lot of algae... T_T
Although it was a bit inconvenient being a little far from Hoan Kiem, Grab was very convenient. The room and living room are very spacious, which is satisfying, and having two shower rooms and toilets made it convenient for three people to use. The swimming pool on the 4th floor is also very nice, as it's cleaned daily and very large. If I come to Hanoi again, I would definitely choose it again without hesitation.
The receptionist was friendly and available 24/7. I arrived at 12:30 AM, and the check-in process was very quick. This accommodation is very convenient for accessing government offices. The room is a bit old but very clean. The balcony door has three layers, so it is completely soundproof and quiet for resting. The place is well-equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer, and iron. However, there were no mouthwash cups, so I had to use a cup from the drinking table instead. Since I enjoy trying the local specialties in Hanoi, I didn't use the buffet here, so I can't comment on that.

“Great place to stay with family ”
The place was clean, spacious and sound proof! A decent view from the balcony and a grab away from anywhere. You can walk a few blocks and come across restaurants, a pharmacy, some small shops and much more. We booked this place last minute and could not have been happier. The pool and gym were great and free which is hard to find in Hanoi. The staff were always helpful and so friendly. I highly recommend!
