The room was clean and spacious enough. I was able to relax and soothe my travel fatigue in the large public bath on the first floor. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and I was very satisfied to enjoy some Okinawan dishes. The free shuttle service from the airport was convenient as well. The location is good, close to the port and the city center, making it perfect for sightseeing. The staff were also very attentive, and I had a very comfortable stay. I would like to use this place again when I stay in Ishigaki Island.
As others have mentioned, there are no sheet changes. Towels are provided fresh every day on the doorknob, meaning that the room has not been cleaned even once during the stay, and one-size-fits-all pajamas must be taken to the front to be exchanged. They seemed too small for larger individuals. I am a smoker, but I dislike the smell filling the room, so I filled a Ziploc bag with water and placed my finished cigarette inside, along with opening the window and using an air purifier to stay comfortable. I think the smell from the air conditioner and air purifier filters is unavoidable, but there was a disinfectant and deodorizing spray in the room which could have been used. The large public bath was very pleasant, the water temperature was good, and I was impressed by the design of the outdoor bath which ensured that it wasn't directly hit by rain. The bathroom and toilet in the room also had great water pressure, and the drainage was quick, which was quite helpful during my stay. The staff were very friendly and made a good impression. Due to the location, the beach is far away, but the downtown area is just a 10-minute walk away. The pavements are well-maintained, so walking feels safe. It felt like 80% of people could swim in the climate, and it was really hot even in early April. There is a pool on the rooftop, and I would love to stay at this hotel again if it is cleaned daily. While the FamilyMart right in front is good for shopping, there is a local shop, Chinens Store, about five minutes left down the back street. They carry insect repellent, detergents, side dishes, vegetables, spices that would make good souvenirs, tea, stationery, and daily necessities; despite being old, their selection is impressive. A tea bag from Sanpincha costs 990 yen at Don Quijote, but it was 380 yen here… I should have bought souvenirs here first and then purchased any missing items in bulk at Don Quijote, sending a cardboard box weighing 1,800 yen back to Tokyo. The famous Sata Andagi from Sayoko was sold at other shops and souvenir stores until last year, but from this year, it can only be bought at the main store. I wanted to bring it back as a souvenir, but since they are sold individually and freshly fried, I inquired and learned they last for a week. I purchased ten, bought a 2-liter Tupperware at the previous store, packed them after cooling, stored them in the refrigerator, and brought them back. They tasted delicious even when I sampled them.
I stayed with my parents. Since we planned to use Ishigaki Island as a base to visit various nearby islands, we used this accommodation to keep costs down for sleeping. I thought it might be inconvenient, as it is a bit far from the main accommodations on Ishigaki Island and Euglena Port, but it turned out to be only a 10-minute walk to the port, and there were many souvenir shops and restaurants catering to both tourists and locals within walking distance, allowing us to spend three comfortable days there. There was also a hot spring, and I appreciated the small touches like welcome ice and drinks. If I come back to Ishigaki Island, I would like to use this place again.
The room was easy to use, well cleaned, and comfortable. The plumbing facilities were a bit old. There was a large public bath where I could relax and soak, which helped relieve my fatigue. The breakfast had a variety of dishes, including several Okinawan specialties, and was delicious. The staff were also very accommodating, making my stay comfortable. Thank you very much. The cost-performance ratio is quite good.

I stayed here for the first time. The staff were all sincere and straightforward people. I stayed for three days, and there was a convenience store right in front, and places to eat nearby. Also, Euglena Mall was within a 10 to 15-minute walk, making my stay comfortable. The shuttle bus to the airport was free, which made transportation easy. Taking a taxi would cost over three thousand yen one way. I was told that it could be used multiple times during the stay. The bath was clean and somewhat small, but I felt very relaxed. After checking into the hotel, I realized I didn’t have my cell phone and went back to the hotel to search for it. The staff member who assisted me was very kind and genuinely helpful, and when it turned out that I had dropped my phone in the taxi on my way, despite the trouble I caused, they were very pleased to help, and I was truly grateful. I definitely want to stay here again when I visit Ishigaki Island next time. I recommend it. I would also like to recommend it to my friends and family.
