Love this hotel , everything is perfect, the only problem ,the room bit dark, but top view from the window , dnt go to breakfast before 8.30 am , you will be mobbed by hundreds of Chinese eating in a rush to catch the tourist bus . , nice breakfast also

Location is quiet but within a 10 minute walk of the main Sukhumvit street. Staff is efficient and agreeable. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Cost is very afforable and rooms are large.

The only fault is room bit dark, but I love this hotel, location is good nice pool gym top breakfast fantastic staff especially a girl called Boonyawai, so helpful sweet lovely smart and cute , try this hotel, it’s worth every penny.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. First I booked for 2 days when I noticed hotel is good then I extended for 2 days more. Nana station is near, i always go by train. Cheap and best. Taxis are expensive and also traffic.

Royal Benja is a great hotel considering the location as it is near to Nana BTS station and all the nearby attractions such as Terminal 21 shopping center and also the Sukhumvit MRT Station. My room was huge, spacious and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was good with fresh food and plenty of options. I had a very pleasant stay. The things that need improvement are the fitness center and the swimming pool. The equipments at the fitness center were out of order and the swimming pool is too small and not that deep either. In conclusion, I would highly recommend the hotel for those who are searching for a quiet and peaceful hotel at the centre of Sukhumvit with spacious beautiful rooms.

Quarantine Hotel”
I am staying here for quarantine so I have not been able to go out and sight see but I can see that the BTS is very close so that means you are close to everything! The staff here are very nice and well organized. There is a good way to communicate in place so if you need anything you can easily get it. There is also a bathtub, which I really like. It helps to soak away time!

Fine, older property with character”
The staff were very pleasant. I stayed here as an approved ASQ facility. The food was good, but I couldn’t really use much of the amenities due to quarantine restrictions, but it wasn’t a bad place to be for 15 days. Cable/satellite could be a lot better, but I don’t really watch tv. Internet was excellent and helped the time pass a little easier by getting online easily and quickly. If I had to do quarantine again I would likely choose the Royal Benja again for staff and value.

I always stay here when in Bangkok I just love it. There are better hotels but not at this price. It's always quiet and far enough away from Nanna to not have girls asking to provide services. Breakfast is good. You can bring kids here

Very pleasant stay with Royal Benza Hotel. It has very co-operative and nice staff. Very Nice location. Food is easily available 24 hours. 7-11 is very close. Rooms are spacious. Must stay hotel. Close to Nightlife just walking distance.

I have used this hotel for around 20 years. Yes 20 years. Why? For its location to the USA Embassy and Bumrungrad hospital. I can and do walk to the USA Embassy from here. This stay was for my annual physical at Bumrungrad hospital. Over time the staff I still know remember me. For me this hotel has it all. Cost, location, location, location. Oh I am retired and live in Thailand.

Only there is one annoyance...”
Hotel is so convenient and so adequate that the only criticism I have is the BREAKFAST ROOM WAS KEPT EXTREMELY COLD! Many guests were complaining and many wore "jackets" (I did). What was the meaning of such a waste of energy and great discomfort??!! If thermostat is broken then they should fix it asap and the energy saved will pay for the repair in just a day or two! Other that this, hotel is old but still towering high and offers excellent value.
