Wonderful time in HK”
Royal Garden HK is much closer to East Tsim Sha Tsui station. About 10 mins on foot from Tsim Sha Tsui station. Quite far from center of Tsim Shat Tsui, because of this, it was very quiet and comfortable to stay at this hotel. Nice swimming pool and A/C system. I had reccommended this hotel to my friend who visited this hotel on September with her mom and she really really satisfied with here.

Hong Kong hotel with a Bangkok price”
Ok, I only gave a location rating of 4 stars because unlike nearly everything in Hong Kong, it’s not sitting on top of a metro station. The temerity to think I had to walk 100 meters from East Tsim Sha Tsui station to the hotel, (sarcasm intended). I had a great view of the harbour and a great room. One thing I did find a little odd was that the hotel has a corridors either side of the lift with all even numbers down one corridor, and all odd numbers down the other. One can say it must have been decent if I have to sink to using that as one of the “cons” I found. Highly recommended.

Would recommend ”
The hotel is in a great location a short walk from East Tsim Sha Tsui station. The room was clean and larger than expected. We were upgraded to a deluxe room because of works on the buildings facade. This meant that the view from the room was slightly obstructed by bamboo scaffolding but we were not disturbed by the works at all. Overall the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff well attentive. The pool is a good size and welcome relief from the heat of Hong Kong in June.

My Visit to The Royal Garden Hotel in Hong Kong”
The Royal Garden Hotel in Hong Kong is simply the best hotel I have stayed in the Far East. The location is very convenient to explore the amenities and sight seeing attractions around the Kowloon area of Hong Kong and it's in the central hub of shopping in thsi district. The hotel itself comprises all the features that you expect from a premier hotel: restaurants, choices of various cuisines from around the world and furnishings are outstanding. The bedroom that I stayed in provided ample space to relax and catch up with the office back in the U.K. I was very impressed with the whole experience and I look forward to returning here very soon.

Exceptional”
Beautiful hotel, was always a joy taking the escalating up and down and seeing the courtyard inside. Hotel is located in an ideal area of East Tsim Sha Tsui close to the boardwalk. Lovely roof pool and spa facilities. Our basic room was upgraded due to lack of availability and it was very spacious (for Hong Kong standards). Beds were comfortable, staff was nice, and we had a pleasant stay.

Family Get Together”
Location was amazing! Only a block away from the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade. We also got an incredible deal through Agoda. The rooms were really great. We had a bit of a complication with the check in process. I reserved three separate rooms for family all flying in at different times. I checked in but wanted to leave their keys at the front desk for when they arrived. It all ended up far more complicated than it should have been for a hotel of this level. The rooms were impeccably clean but the pool area on the roof could use an update and wasn't quite as nice as the photos.

Excellent Location”
The hotel is within a short walking distance of Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station. The hotel was clean, comfortable with all the necessary facilities required for a stay away from home. The staff members especially the concierge were friendly and helpful. We'll certainly return to this hotel when we are back in Hong Kong for a holiday or even work.

Perfect location for Tsim Sha Tsui area”
If you stay in Kowloon island then either Mongkok or Tsim Sha Tsui is recommended. I stayed in Tsim Sha Tsui and enjoyed perfectly with Royal Garden. After Airport Express to Kowloon Station, take bus K3 to Regal Kowloon hotel, it is next to Royal Garden Hotel, which is very convenient. The room is spacious, clean, with great bathtub. Staff are quick and services overall satisfied. Rate 5 stars!

A very convenient hotel”
It is an old hotel. The upkeep is good, except the mattress which is old and dropping down already. It’s a very convenient location. It is close to Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR Station, which is connected to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. However, because of the road outside the hotel is circuitous and like a roundabout surrounded by many buildings, there are always traffic jams. There are a lot of cars dropping off people, so the drivers are always honking which can be heard in the rooms.

A luxury hotel that made you feel unique and special”
The hotel is amazing! We had booked a junior suite and on arrival were up-graded to room 1813 which is one of the most amazing rooms that I have stayed in (I am only a >5 star traveler). The staff were friendly and every part of the hotel was a magical experience. The Royal Garden Hotel will be my new Hong Kong go-to hotel, forget the Peninsula, Oriental, etc...highly recommend this hotel. THANK YOU FOR GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Exceptional”
service was excellent, we arrived early in the morning and they offered us an early check-in. We got the standard room, and the room itself was large and clean. The bathroom even has a TV in the bathtub. We absolutely love the roof top pool. Didn't eat here so couldn't comment on the food. Location wise,. It's a 4 mins walk from East Tsim Sha Tsui Station MTR exit. You can walk from the East TST station entry to the main Tsim Sha Tsui Station (approx. 8-10mins), or to other TST sights (e.g. Star ferry and Harbour City).

After a lot of research online looking for the right hotel in the right area of Hong Kong, my partner and I were quite impressed with the Royal Garden Hotel. The pool is amazing! Nicely heated with a nice hot spa for this slightly cooler weather. Great sized rooms in a good location. Public transport such as the MRT was a less then 5 minute walk away. The hotel staff always greeted us and made us both very welcome.

Superb!!”
We booked two rooms for our family. The management upgraded us to higher rooms giving us the sky floor. We were really excited as the room size and the view was just amazing. Our entire stay just changed. The facilities are just amazing. Good location, excellent service, great gym and the pool is very nice. The restaurants in the hotel are also very good. They have a coffee shop. A Chinese restaurant, one Japanese and also a Bar. A lot of options. We always stay at Royal Garden when in Hong Kong. It just a great hotel.

A very nice hotel”
We stayed at the Royal Garden after cancelling a hotel booking at a 4 star hotel in Hong Kong. The price was similar but the Royal Garden Hotel was far superior. This was a great place to stay and we would recommend highly. Thank you Royal Garden.

Good Hotel”
it's a good hotel but like most hotels in Hong Kong, it is very small. Nice and clean, great location surrounded by lots of shopping and places to eat. It's a very quick walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR which makes it easy to get around

Value For Money”
The hotel has very spacious rooms for HK given its affordable rates. There's plenty of cabinet space & drawers. The king bed was a bit lumpy, but the pillows and duvet were very comfy.. There were enough sockets to charge gadgets simultaneously & the free Handyphone provided was an awesome bonus. No need to rent pocket wifi! Wish there was a mirror by the desk near the window because room lighting is dim. If you're a light sleeper, you might be awoken by the sounds outside your door as people talking in the hallway can be heard in the room. Soundproofing can be improved. There's a 7-11 nearby & a grocery a few mins away. Quite far from the action of Nathan & Canton roads, but just a few mins walk to East Tsim Sha Tsui station. You can opt to pass underground if you wish to avoid the heat & you'll reach Hankow rd in a jiffy. A free shuttle bus to & from Canton Rd, Peking Rd & Tsim Sha Tsui Station would be great. Very hard to get a taxi from the hotel. Had a nice stay overall.
