“Good location but....”
Location is quiet as it is not next to clubs and markets. Less than 50 metres away from main road, 7 eleven and small shopping mall. Wall/floor a bit thin and sliding door not properly sealed, so can hear noises from people talking near the corridoor, furniture dragged from upper room, someone flushing the loo and exhaust from motorbikes near the back streets. Fortunately area is not crowded with vehicles or noisy drunk tourists/guests. Easy to get Grab car or tuk tuk. Pool is good size. Unfortunately the hotel staffs were bad. Staffs put on sour face and were rude. 2nd day our room was cleaned but staffs took our used towels abd forgot to leave fresh ones. When we rang the reception, they did not believe us. Came to our room to check like we were in the wrong. Once they search the room and cannot find the towels, they left and came back with fresh towels. 3rd day, the staffs did not clean our room. Hence we did not get replacement water bottles and towels. On check out day, my friend was rudely asked during breakfast as why was she at the breakfast table and did not check in. We actually came down together for breakfast and she was next to me when I mentioned our room number to the same staff. She for some reason did not noticed my friend. Hotel management, please re-train and monitor your staffs properly. I think you may need to add more staffs during high season as maybe the hotel is short of staffs, hence, unhappy staffs and mistakes happen. I know you are not 5 star hotel but basic requirements of a hotel are not met. We were just there to sleep and clean ourselves as we were out most of the time doing sightseeing and shopping. To come back at the end of a long day with no towels, no water and unclean room will definitely disappoint any guests (long sigh).
