Beautiful, unique hotel in a great location”
I could not believe the value of staying in this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, willing to enthusiastically assist with anything I needed. The hotel itself is beautiful and it feels like you are staying in an old traditional part of Thailand. The location is hard to beat, just a short walk to Patong Beach and all of the fun activities it offers. Plenty of good restaurants and convenience stores nearby, as well as a pharmacy. You will have to walk through a gauntlet of massage parlors eagerly hawking their services, but if that’s also what you’re looking for then you will not be disappointed. The hotel is also a short walk to Bangla Road if that style of nightlife is what you are looking for. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Separate toilet and shower/vanity was a nice touch as well. The on-site restaurant was just ok, but prices are reasonable. Plenty of other options in the area. I recommend staying here if you want to be near Patong beac, Bangla road, and all of the activities contained in both.

Best Location, Value, Cleanliness in Patong”
We just returned, spent 10 nights with friends, 5 deluxe room (for AUD49), 2 deluxe suites (for AUD59). The deluxe rooms were in the main building on the first and second floor, the deluxe suites were on the 3rd floor. Although we had to climb the stairs, it was worth it to be in the main building. The other rooms, superior and standard rooms are located in the garden buildings. Although the garden is beautiful, we preferred to have a pool view from our balcony. Beautiful traditional thai building, the pool is fantastic, all staff members are helpful & friendly. The breakfast was very good, I don't understand people with bad review regarding breakfast; I'm wondering how many choices do those people have for breakfast at home?! Location wise it is in central position, walking distance to everywhere. The travel desk lady is very friendly and helpful; although she's offering good prices, I recommend to know the prices before you're trying to negotiate your daytrips:) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Quiet but near the craziness”
Nice, clean, but it should be noted there are NO elevators, just stairs to 3rd floor. You are on your own carrying luggage if a porter isn't there. Be SURE to inspect EVERYTHING, every drawer, everything because there is a penalty charge list for which you will be accountable if ANYTHING isn't 100% perfect. All of staff were extremely nice and helpful except for a heavyset guy at night. Would return and recommend.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. Close to everything and the staff were great. Breakfast was similar everyday, but it did cater for everybody’s needs. Pool area is very relaxing. My best stay I had in Patong and will return in future.

A traditional Thai resort”
We stayed here for 15 nights and were very happy. The location is a 3 minute walk to the beach. And less than 10 to Bangla road. There are cafes, restaurants, street food, massage shops and convenience stores surrounding this little oasis. The pool and traditional style bungalows with palm trees and gardens are not seen anywhere else this close to central Patong. The staff are so helpful and friendly and the restaurant food is very good. I was upgraded without even asking. Lisa the manager and Pom and all the reception workers go out of their way to make you feel welcome. There is also a basic gym which is rare for resorts with this low price. I think this is a very good value resort.

A pleasant and quaint hotel”
We had a great time at this little hotel. 2 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins to Bangla Road. The staff were very helpful and so hospitable, especially Takky and Saereechai. They even gave us a free upgrade.

Great location, great staff, great rooms, great food. Only downfall was the pool, very nice but unable to sunbath as was shaded by surrounding buildings and palm trees, but luckily the beach is only down the road.

Hotel was neat, clean and lot of greenery hotel staff is very helpful, easily accessible to beach and many indian restaurant at walking distance we stayed at deluxe suite room which was specious and very comfortable. This hotel is perfect for holidays. Only drawback was no lift in hotel but it is just three storey building.

The staff were the friendliest, happiest, most helpful people. The facilities are great (no lift). 2 minutes walk from the beach and less than 3 minutes to bangla Road. We couldn't recommend highly enough. In the centre of everything, yet an oasis of peace and tranquility. I'd stay there again tomorrow if I had the chance.

Good location but...”
Pros: - good location... opposite is Beyond Night Market which sells good local food. Bangla Street is 10min walk. Jungceylon is 15min walk. Lotsa cheap massage centers outside hotel. Patong Beach is 5min walk. - clean room. Furnitures a bit old n outdated but room is clean. Be careful of bird poops in balcony table n chairs. Ants on balcony floor (so don’t leave food outside). - reasonable sized swimming pool - buffet breakfast is ok... both local n international food provided. Not many choice but enough to keep us full. - staff is friendly but speaks limited English Cons - check out time is 11.30am. Non negotiable. - housekeeping is moderate. Room floor is sticky most of the time so we had to wear room slippers inside the room. - they provided us pool towels (brown color) for inside room usage instead of the normal room towels (white color). A little bit gross but hope they wash it properly.
