We had a very pleasant stay in Royal Plaza Hotel, from booking, arrival, and checking out, it was smooth and fast. They even gave us a complimentary early check in as we arrived early at the hotel. Ms. Miko was very accommodating and helped us to settle everything early so we can rest earlier. The place was so clean and so spacious for a family of five. They even have a welcome message in the TV and a personalised one during my son’s birthday. The location was very accessible too as it is inside a mall so you wont have any problems for food and necessities. Thank you so much Royal Plaza Hotel Hongkong. Will definitely choose this hotel again and again! Kudos!!

Royal Plaza Hotel surprised us with the stunning clean and classy outlook. The room is spacious with two Queen beds. Their toilet is considered a notch above the hotels that I had stayed in Hong Kong. The toilet is spacious and classy. There is a bathtub and a standing shower. Room service is prompt and efficient. The hotel is within MOKO shopping mall, where you can access to shopping, food and Mong Kok East MTR easily. There are supermarket and many restaurants in MOKO. This is very helpful especially during the typhoon period where we can still get access to food. The location is ideal for us as we get to visit the Goldfish street, Flower street and temple street all within walking distance from hotel. We did our laundry at Sunshine laundry, which provides a drop and collect service within a day. The laundry is also within walking distance. There are many eateries outside of the hotel too, so food options are always easily available. Taxi is easily available at the hotel lobby also. You may leave your luggage with the concierge if you arrive before your check in time or after your check out. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay at Royal Plaza Hotel,

Easy to explore nearby attractions and shopping mall just below the hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch with daily housekeeping, ensuring a comfortable environment. Room was beautifully designed and amenities like hot water worked perfectly. Filtered water is available in the room as well. Overall, it is a great choice to stay in for travelling.

Three notable things that exemplify the great experience that we had with Royal Plaza Hotel and two areas of improvement for the hotel management to consider: Great: 1. Staff are extremely helpful. We had a late flight and wanted to explore Hong Kong after checking out at 12pm. With the Hong Kong extremely humid and hot environment, we were very sweaty, sticky and generally uncomfortable after exploring the city. The concierge and gym staff were very sweet and helpful, they allowed us to use the gym showers to freshen up and get ready for our flight, even though we had already checked out. I understand that this is not standard protocol for a hotel, and therefore this extra mile that they went to was very sweet of them. They deserve extra recognition. 2. The hotel room was very big and exceeded our expectations. We were expecting a tiny room but was genuinely surprised. Additionally, the cleanliness was a welcome surprise. 3. The staff, specifically the concierge was very helpful with our luggage. Two areas of improvement: 1. The pillows were very soft. As a heavy built man, the pillows were flattened. 2. The air conditioning was strong and nice, but it is difficult to use.

“Great Location and Comfortable Stay at Royal Plaza Hotel”
For me, Royal Plaza Hotel has an excellent location. It’s directly connected to the MOKO Mall, which provides easy access to the MTR, restaurants, bakeries, and various shopping centers inside the mall. Right outside the mall you’ll also find a bus station, giving plenty of transport options. The only challenge is if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage — in that case, I recommend booking an airport transfer in advance. That said, all airport buses stop nearby, so if you’re light on bags, getting around is very convenient. The room itself is spacious compared to most hotels, with a comfortable bed, a large bathroom, and even a cozy window sill where you can rest your feet. While there’s no bidet, the bathtub is a great bonus. The only downside for me was the TV — I wish it were a smart TV — but that’s just a small detail. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was comfortable, convenient, and definitely worth the price.
