I was in the hotel for 5 days. Was greeted warmly by the staff, our room and luggages got attended right away eventhough we arrived a few hours early. The staff were very friendly and pleasant during the stay. The hotel is 10 minutes away from Victory Monument BTS station and right in front of a park. It was really quiet as it was not placed next to main road. Grab stopped easily but most of them stopped at the main road as the road opposite the hotel is a one way street. There are a lot of coffee shops, 7eleven and two nearby malls, King Power and Century Mall. I would book the hotel again for the cleanliness, quietness and pleasant staff. Keep up your good work.

Good choice for a quarantine hotel”
I had to stay there for the 1 night quarantine and I did bring food. The hotel has restaurants so people can order from downstairs, and the room came with 2 big bottles of Singha water. The room has a refrigerator and big closets and enough lighting and plugins, and the bathroom had a tub with a handheld sprayer with shower curtain and hotel supplied shampoo and conditioner and body soap. It had a hair drier and big towels, and the shower had warm water. All of it was very clean, and the air conditioner worked well. I was taken from the airport to a hospital for the covid test and then to the hotel, and it was all done well. I would stay there again as it is close to many things.

Warm and friendly welcome. This hotel is well appointed and has a wonderful professional staff. The reception area is nice and beautifully appointed. The room was very clean and well organized. Great breakfast is offered as a buffet and is a must to try. Delicious and well prepared and presented food. The location is a short walk to the sky train and minutes to the airport train station. Overall this is a wonderful place to stay.

I am rebooking Royal View Resort as I type this review from my first stay back in November 2019. The hotel room was just perfect for me, clean and modern and everything I needed working as it should. But what really makes it is the great staff. They are a good bunch of people who I felt I could trust and rely upon. I look forward to seeing you again in June. Peter.

Stayed in a superior double bed room (king sized bed) from 19-24 Sep 2019. When we first arrived, we were greeted warmly and attended to by the reception. We were also served with a cold wet towel and a drink and were seated. The confirmation and checking in was all done really quickly and smoothly. The room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony. The king sized bed was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was good with a tub. Only thing that we noticed is the smell of repellent in the cupboard but other than that it was all fine :). We didn’t get to use many facilities, but things like plugs, ironing boards and even umbrellas are readily available when you ask for it :). The BTS station was easy to find after getting used to it and the location was good other than the fact that it’s in a alleyway but still we felt safe at night :). The staff are so friendly & the housekeeping always greets us happily when we leave the room and see them. Check out was easy and it was overall a good stay and good value for money.

This little gem is very well located. Close to the sky train station and minutes away to the Phaya Thai Station for the Airport link. The staff is professional and very welcoming. They are friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are large and well-appointed for the overall cost. Comfortable beds and a functional bathroom. Great breakfast buffet, if it is included in your room rate otherwise I found it to be slightly expensive for the area and the overall cost of living. It is in a safe district and there is a beautiful jogging and walking park across the street.. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

I had to quarantine for 1 night and this was a good choice. The building and the room were clean, and the staff was friendly and knew what to do. The room had warm water in the shower, and the shower had a hand spray and fixed rain head. I would stay there again.

Value for Money”
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Its across a park and a very short walk to Victory Monument Station. The receptionist are very welcoming and the food attendant are always wearing their smile. The room is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast has both american and local dishes and thai milk tea! Really value for money!

Best Hotel Ever ”
Welcmomed with Cold Towel, Refreshing Drink and Dessert. Check in was a breeze. Staffs were excellent, nice, friendly, helpful and always with a smile. There are like 4 outlets of 7-11 around d area. BTS Victory Monument is just 5 to 10 mins away. Have nice cafes and eateries around the area. Recommended if any of you are to plan a trip to Bangkok. Its my go to hotel whenever I'm in Bangkok. Super happy and satisfied!

Great price, super well located and I've never seen such polite and helpful staff. Every day my room was cleaned and towels were changed, even without having to ask. Breakfast is simple but very tasty. When I return to Bangkok I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend!

We love the place, they have complimentary drinks when you arrive. The hotel smells good as well as the room, it smells of lemongrass, with complete amenities and well polish bathtub. They got kettle too which is very essential. With balcony overlooking the king power duty free and the baiyoke tower. Easy walk to victory monument if you want to try their train station going to siam.

Modern quiet homy room”
I love staying in the Royal View hotel, cause of really lovely rooms, very quiet, opposite the green parc. Good location. 900 m walk to airport link. Breakfastbuffet agreable, freshly brewed coffee I usually have it outside. I sure come again, when arriving in Bangkok, or before getting back to switzerland. Oh not forget the balcony. Hotel is situated opposite a small park with 3 other hotels along the same road. They have an older hotel next to it. Staff service is friendly and we were greeted with a welcome drink. Room is spacious enough and clean with international TV channels, snacks and water. Bed and pillows are comfy. Breakfast buffet is quite good with different Thai food and western delis. Bts station Victory Monument is 8 minutes walk away with shopping malls and good street food around. Overall a good place to stay.

The staff at the hotel counter are very friendly. I will always remember that I urgently needed to order a Thai train ticket on the Internet one night. The staff kindly helped me to print out the train ticket documents, which made me feel very warm and grateful. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the BTS Victory Monument Station. There are many day trips starting from this BTS station. You only need to finish breakfast at the restaurant and then slowly walk from the hotel to the meeting place. On the other hand, there are many vendors, restaurants, pharmacies and 7-11 nearby. The only downside is that the bathroom does not have a Exhaust fan. If you stay in the bathroom for a long time, you will feel that the bathroom is very ventilated and therefore not suitable for bathing.
