Extremely Convenient Location”
The property: The hotel is very well kept, always clean, secured elevator, has parking, good breakfast on level 2, a small gym enough for travelers, friendly front desk and housekeeping team and a cute bar/lounge by the entrance which we made full use of after shopping and a drink after dinner and it was a great spot for people watching. Rooms: We had a good sized superior room, big enough to fit our three big suitcases, two hand carries and shopping bags. The room came with a good sized bathroom with bathtub, shower area, huge sink, toilet and a cabinet with a safe box. Location: We couldn’t ask for more. The hotel is located in the center of everything you need: supermarket next door, 7Eleven across the street, Healthland Spa, Terminal 21 and BTS station a short walk away and restaurants across the bridge etc.

Comfortable and relaxing”
The hotel is easy to get to from the airport by public transportation or by taxi. Located between 2 well known red light areas it’s a great location if that’s what your looking for but still feels upmarket and secure. The local area has some great shopping and restaurants and it’s right between Asok and Nana stations so getting around is easy. Breakfast is really good, especially if you like Korean food, a lot of the hotel guests seem to be Korean and there is a Korean shopping mall just opposite. Loved the hotel and would be very happy to stay there again.

I have been coming to Thailand for many years. Many of my friends can attest to my recommendation. After staying in many other choices, this is the one I have been coming back to repeatedly eventually. And the reasons for that are; price (com'on, just like everyone else, I don't want to pay more than I have to; but then, cheaper stays, leaves much more to be desired for); location (right on the Suk, can't argue with that. And if you want to, I'm ready to debate with you on that), access (right been Soi Cowboy and Nana; for all Holiday Travelers, what else are you looking for). Ok, I admit this may sound like a plug (but it's not. I'm not benefiting from this in even one red cent). But this is from my past experience. Just staying here one time, I'm sure you would agree (I mean, if you had any past experience in staying in TH); many of my friends did.

Comfortable Boutique Hotel ”
This hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance to Terminal 21, Asoke station, Healthland and many restaurants . The room and lobby is awesome. It has a nice scent whenever I stepped into the lobby and there are cookies and refreshing water for the guests at the lobby. This hotel offers bath facility for guests who have a late checkup. It is a spacious private area adjacent to the building. Thumbs up for the great facility and kind gesture offered. All the hotel staffs are great and helpful. I was however disappointed by the breakfast spread. The food was not appetising at all. I paid for the breakfast . I should have my breakfast at the cafe just next to the hotel. Some improvements needed at the restaurant though.

Great location near bts and metro”
Great location, 2mins to over head bridge that linked to asok bts and to terminal 21 which also linked to sukhumvit metro. The room is clean and well lit. Big bath tub. Staff are friendly n helpful. Breakfast has not much choice and almost the same food everyday. Towel n bathrobe need to change as some are torn.

Superb Hotel at the Heart of the City”
S15 Sukhumvit Hotel located in a prime area. Just is 4 minutes walk to Asoke BTS. Their rooms are equipped with Bath Tub and basement car park. Rooms are clean and housekeeping did amazing job maintaining the rooms throughout my stay

Great Hotel in an excellent location”
I visited a friend at this Hotel last year and liked what I saw, so I stayed here recently. This is a beautiful upscale hotel. Staff is very helpful. Nice breakfast buffet and kitchen prepares delicious food. Great spot...the best of both worlds. Definitely recommend.

Another great stay at S15”
My third stay here and always nice. Hotel is very clean and modern. Great location to boot. Just couple of minutes walk to two different BTS(sky train) stations to get you around cheap and fast. Or you can grab taxi right out side of hotel since it’s on a main Sukhimvit road

Definitely Delightful ”
I’ve been traveling to Bangkok since 2016. I stay in various hotels and must say I am enjoying my stay here. Where to begin the staff is extremely friendly polite and helpful. From check in to the door men all very great. My room is perfect, the bed is extremely soft and comfortable something hard to find in Bangkok. To having a desk to work , the wifi has been good. I absolutely love the soaker tub 🛀 & shower with an electric toilet 🚽 you can’t complain. I’ve sat outside also to do my work in my laptop and was served amazing drinks 🍹 by Pam another delightful employee. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is reasonably priced and a perfect place to work as well as relax . Thank you 🙏🏻 S15 staff for the wonderful stay xox

Great location on the Sukhumvit. The bed is also suitable for my size and very comfortable. Bathroom is nice and clean. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I find the price fair for the quality of the hotel.

Great hotel. We loved staying here. We had a great two day stay at the Maitria Sukhumvit 18 Hotel. The hotel was faultless. Our upgraded room was a really nice gesture after the pre booked Test &Go package was cancelled. Room was lovely. Staff were polite, respectful and helpful when needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for one night on our travels. Location is fab just next to Nana station. Hotel is very nice and spacious, great parking (underground) and the room was huge with a comfy bed and jacuzzi bath. Lots of toiletries supplied and a coffee machine. Recommend this Hotel for a stay when in Bangkok

Great location, great hotel”
We liked almost everything of this place. Location, room, staff, breakfast, shower. The only reason we don’t recommend or go there a second time is because of the bed. The bed is so soft that we felt as if we spent the night sleeping in a hammock. In the morning our back was hurting. Such a pity because the rest was great.

Solid choice”
Actually in these covid times, things are really dead so I expected a skeleton staff. What surprised me was that they were SUPER attentive and professional and not at all in the mindset that they can just chill. The internet was fine for online classes, however the login does not give you a 24 hour cookie. Every time you stop using the internet for a few hours you'll have to login. Everything else on point.

Location is just 3 to 5 minutes away from Asok BTS/Terminal 21. Room was clean and the rainshower pressure is good and bathtub is big and fill fast. Japanese bidet included as well.

WIFI was reliable and fast, the facilities were excellent for the price (we had a discount code). The staff are plentiful and ready and willing to help with whatever they can. The bath tubs were nice in the business suites, had separate showers, japanese bidet on the toilets. There's also a decent restaurant on the 2nd floor of the tower.
