Small hotel but I like that its near the bus stops (I’ve used three different bus stops just a few steps away from the hotel). Its the nearest hotel I could find to NUS High where I needed to be at. Its also near a catholic church. Lots of restaurants just a few steps away and a 7-11. The room size is just right. The bathroom is ok, the shower is a bit just above the toilet so it gets wet too.. there’s an iron and ironing board, ample cabinet space, a refrigerator, tv, and a desk where the water pot is. I dont know if I got from outside or in the hotel but both times I was in the hotel when I felt a big insect bite that’s really itchy and its not how a usual mosquito bite looks like. Both times I was seated by the desk so there’s probably some bug under it. But then maybe I got bitten outside and just felt the itch when I was in my room. I dont know. But for sure I have two big bug bites on my foot and leg which reminds me of a flea bite. Anyway, its not a big problem, but a discomfort I thought I should share. Staff at the front desk are generally friendly, but I like one particular staff at the reception who was bubbly always smiling and welcoming. All in all the hotel is a good place to stay at if you have to do your business or prefer the NUS/industrial area. It would be a bit far from most well known tourist attractions and shopping district though. It takes almost an hour bus ride to get to city hall or orchard for example. You would have to take the bus to get to the nearest MRT station depending on the destination. I used a navigational app to guide me around.
The hotel is clean, 100 meters from the bus station, 1.7 km from NUS, has local restaurants, pizza, and local beer. Close to a mini supermarket. Overall, it is convenient and reasonably priced.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with a few notable highlights. Free parking was provided, which was a huge plus and made my stay much more convenient. The location was ideal, situated close to major attractions and with plenty of amenities nearby. One of the best features was the great food options just below the hotel, offering a variety of delicious meals right at your doorstep. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable. However, the room was a bit small, which might be a downside for those looking for more space. Overall, it was a good stay with excellent convenience and comfort.

Was my 2nd time here, was glad to get my requested room. Felt comfortable enough. Nothing to complain about the room. Recommended to go for Double Deluxe, I've always like room with window, a plus point to get it, it makes u feel like home. Would love to go again.
