I booked accommodation to see the fireworks in Pattaya, feeling anxious and worried about being let down. I had an experience last year where a hotel canceled on me, forcing me to stay at a hourly motel even though I had already paid. This time, I made sure to call the hotel to confirm every day. The staff were very friendly and assured me there would be a room available. When I arrived, I got my room sorted out, and the staff were very helpful, even though I arrived at 10 PM. The hotel is located in Soi Bua Khao, amidst bright lights and noise, which might not be suitable for those who have trouble sleeping. However, by 1 AM it quiets down. The hotel provides earplugs upon request at the counter. Food is easy to find, with a 7-Eleven nearby, and it’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach to see the fireworks. Parking is limited, but the staff were very accommodating. The swimming pool is clean and open from 9 AM to 6 PM. The air conditioning is refreshing, the mattress is soft, but the bathroom has only one drainage hole, making it inconvenient and causing water to accumulate on the floor. There is a large refrigerator, a hairdryer, and a kettle, but no coffee packets. Overall, my two-night stay was satisfactory for the price. Next year, I will definitely come back for the Pattaya fireworks festival. I booked in advance for just over 600 baht, which is very cheap. P.S. The hotel requires a 500 baht deposit for the room key.
Having been closed up for 3yrs! from the outside looks run down BUT is a gem in the bargain range, the swimming pool and patio are a fantastic bonus in the middle of go-go land neon sleaze. Superbly friendly helpful staff, cleaning and linen daily. Right in the middle of what you came to the Soi Honey area of central Pattaya for…! 5 mins to the beachfront for your days. Every fourth shop is a 7-11 among hundreds of bars and restaurants. Very good value . Melanie NZ
The hotel is in a very good location and the staff from the cleaners to reception are very good, but the noise from the rock bar across the road is ridiculous, the hotel does supply ear plugs but to be honest anyone who likes to sleep before 3 or 4am needs to look at staying somewhere different, it is a shame as the reception staff say the hotel has tried to have the rock bar turn down the music but to no avail. If you are a night bird and do not sleep before 4am then the hotel is great.
The wife and I struggled to find any of our usual hotels, so we went for this hotel on Agoda. Was amazed at the size of the room. It overlooked the Tree Town area but there was no noise at all. We only discovered the amazing pool on day 2 of our stay and it was lovely. Very clean and being in the sun it was warm. This I like very much. It will be our first choice hotel next time we come down.

I can only post about the room I stayed in .Staff were polite and helpful the place was clean and cleaning staff were very good. Swimming pool looked great and towels were available at reception.The room was large hairdryer provided . But unfortunately for me as there is no actual bed mattress is on a raised floor so getting in and out was a problem looks like room has been recently refurbished but there is no shelving to put clothes on has a wardrobe with hangers but no shelves for smaller things .Bathroom is a bit strange due to it been a corner shape. Cant sit on toilet without putting legs in shower area hand basin in in the shower area so can't use if someone is showering window in bathfaces corridor so all noise comes in from there as guests enter and leave .Room does back onto Treetown so expect noise till at least 4.30 am .Overall if your fit younger active for a budget hotel in the thick of the action then this is for you
