    “disappointed (check in deposit)”

    1) we didn't receive any instruction to check in the property until we arrive, and we don't know how to open the door. Luckily that one of our friend has roaming data so that we can call the property owner, with the difficulty in communication, we finally can get the password to open the door. 2) the location is far from the town and limited bus schedule until only 4pm, unless you have to rent a car, we don't recommend to stay here. 3) the entire check in and settlement procedure is unreasonable, we have to go to their office for check in settlement, and have to pay the deposit by credit card. In common practice, the hotel won't charge and just do the guarantee and void while check out. However they charged about YEN500,000 , more that our cost we stayed, its ridiculous and it's surprisingly the owner really charged to our bank and made the refund while check out, in that case, we suffer for exchange rate difference settlement, about YEN10,000 which is entirely unfair.
