Good Stay and Recommended”

Pros: 1) 5 mins walking distance to Phrom Phong BTS and Emporium Mall just beside Phrom Phong BTS station. 2) surrounded with convenient stall (Family Mart was the nearest). 3) Room is clean and spacious, building is still new and modern design. Cons: 1. There is no receptionists at the counter. Their working hours only 8am - 10pm. And need to pay 2000THB for deposit upon check-in. 3. Hotel was located in a Soi, taxi/grab driver very hard to find the location. Cannot find Sereine Sukhumvit 39 or Sereine Hotel through grab location detection. Unexpected good services due to their cons: 1. We arrived late night but luckily the staff have already prepared our room card on the counter and we manage to check-in ourselves. But due to we arrive late night there is no staff at the counter, we did not pay any deposit until we check-out. 3. Have to manually call to the room service to wake the staff up early in the morning during check-out.Anyway still manage to check-out at 4:30 morning.

Great value for the money spent”

I stayed here for nearly 5 nights. The location is great, the staff are very helpful, and the cleanliness is at par to a 5 star hotel. I had some friends stay at the Emporium Hotel which is 5 minutes walking distance only, and they spoke highly about Sereine Sukhumvit 39 Hotel as well. Thank you for being so accommodating, especially with an early check in which also went smoothly.

Exceptional”

We enjoyed our stay at Sereine Sukhumvit 39. It is close to a wonderful international hospital and is within walking distance of a huge mall, 7/11, BTS staion and many small stores. We did have a bit of trouble finding a cheap place to eat since most of the surrounding restaurants were quite pricey. Our room was very big, the bed was comfortable and we had a small kitchenette with fridge and sink. All of our interactions with the staff were positive. We never swam, but the pool, while small, looked nice. Definitely a good option to stay if you are looking for a central location in this part of town!

Good room”

Looks more like a serviced apartment. Well equipped kitchenette with Microwave, induction heater, pots and pans, cooking and eating utensils. Room is clean. Card access required to the lift lobby. The only disadvantage is that it is about 60m off the main road of Sukhumvit Soi 39. Which could be hard to locate if you miss out the hotel signage by the main road.

Sereine is located in the quiet area of Sukhumvit. Near to a couple of family marts and one 7-11. Also a few clean massage places. 5 -7 mins walking distance to Phrom Phong Bts and Emquartier shopping mall. Room was simple and very clean. There's also a microwave and fridge in the room.

Excellent service, clean and comfortable”

Its was very new, clean and and comfortable. Mr w is polite and hardworking. About 5mins walk from phrom prong mrt and may not be very visible along sukhumvit soi 39 but it is one of the best serviced apartment i have been to in bangkok. Will come back again! Thumbs up!

Good location ”

Only a few minutes walk from BTS Prom pong station, EMquatier shopping mall and many eateries and massages. The hotel is located at a very quiet soi, right next to the luxurious condo. The room is nothing fancy but clean, spacious and has everything you need. A good sized fridge, microwave, electric kettle, minimum dinnerware, hairdryer and safe. The bed is actually quite comfy not too hard which was good for me. Well maintained room and nothing to complain - well, not so fast! It was little damp feel, even after opening the balcony door to let the fresh air in, it still felt damp. If you expect to swim in the pool, work out at the fitness center, forget them! They are rubbish, not usable. The coin operated laundry is good to have, 60 baht/wash or dry. They provide detergent and fabric softener. The housekeeping service is very efficient and never bother you in the morning. There is no restaurant (even the hotel photo shows there is one) or cafe in the hotel, but it’s not a big of deal, you can find plenty nearby. Very polite staff, guests are mostly Japanese (Prom pong is a Japanese capital in Bangkok), I’d recommend especially to solo travelers who seek nothing fancy but clean and quiet room.

This is the 6th time I stayed in Sereine. This time with my babyboy. It was a good location as always. Good thing is now near family mart and also lawson! Streets full of Japanese people. One of the best hotel in BKK. It is always a comeback. The staff Mr Tanu is so kind and polite. For sure we will be back!

Clean, low rise, no fuss”

I loved my quiet, clean room - it's at busy Soi 39, but set into a side road so unusually quiet for the area. Checkin took a long time as there was only 1 staff and busy with something else - I had to wait 15 minutes. Staff was friendly, but he was all alone. Room was great but only on the 2nd floor with view on a parking garage, e.g. keep the curtains closed. Worked for me. For the price, this was brilliant.

i stayed at here in 3 days when i traveled in Bangkok. The hotel has good location because it's not too far BTS station (phrom phong station) and convenience stores. This hotel is a serviced apartment hotel that is very clean and has quite big room with full of facilities. We will stay here again and we highly recommend it to others.

Perfect for us!”

My husband and I came to Bangkok for Dental treatment and this hotel is located right near The Dental Hospital which was perfect! It is also near the BTS and so easy to get around. We needed a place to rest, sleep, use the gym and swim in between dental appointments, shopping and sightseeing so it was perfect! Sooooo quiet and calm and the Receptionist man was soooo kind and helpful and enjoyed looking at my pictures on my iPad of where we had been that day!! Great small quiet intimate place to stay! Thank you!

Great hotel, good value, ”

We travel to Bangkok on a regular basis and really like this hotel. It is a short walk from Phrom Phrom BTS station and EM shopping mall. It is close to Samitivez hospital and therefore suits us. The room has large fridge/freezer, microwave and some rooms have a hob. It is very clean.

Will revisit every time back”

After a nightmare accommodation at a different hotel, this place not only offered me a room at an INCREDIBLE price point, but was also wonderfully helpful in my booking. The staff is as incredible as the facility. Did laundry onsite and it didn't dry fully after a single dryer cycle, so THEY HUNG MY LAUNDRY FOR ME. Just fantastic. HIGHLY recommend.

Location, Cleanliness and Staff”

Here is located in a very great location for those who do not drive. I spend less than5 mins to walk from the hotel to Prompong BTS station. This is amazing. The way to the hotel is very tiny if you are driving. This is not a problem for us at all. I was impressed a lot with the cleanliness in the room. Most of the time once we get to the room, we take off shoes and we could feel the dust on the floor. BUT it did not happen here. This is so great. Besides, staff is very friendly and polite. They do not have staff in front 24 hrs but we got there late and he was still there as he was still working on document. So we got good information from him. Definitely come back here.

Super clean, super quiet place”

The hotel is set back pretty far from soi 39 which makes it quiet. There is no view from the window but I liked the serenity, quietness, and cleanliness. I got this for a very good price but it's since been up so I am not really sure about value for money. It was great for me. Stayed 2 times, would stay again.

a quite nice clean new furnished hotel at middle of Sukumvit Soi 39, the rooms is clean, but they gave a room on first floor because the upper rooms are for long term rental. satisfied with just one night stay.

Clean & Quiet”

A good place to escape the hustle of Bangkok. It was clean, comfortable, quiet & budget friendly. We found the staff were friendly & helpful. About 5-7 mins walk to Phrom Phong BTS & Emquartier Mall, under 10 mins to Tops Market. There are some good Japanese restaurants in the neighbourhood as well. Note that they do require a 2,000 baht cash only deposit on check in. Overall, it was a very good stay.

Decent Serenity For Leisure”

Frequent travel to Bangkok and it was my first time stay at this area. Feel great as the studio is so spacious, near to bts, few convenient shops and massage parlos with walking distance. Friendly receiptionist as always willing to help particularly on our needs of international adaptor. Will definitely go back again :)

New looking hotel”

The photos showed some weights in the fitness room, which contributed to my decision in staying there. When I went to to some exercise there were no weights, just running and cycling machines. Also there was no restaurant for any meal, which I had wanted as it advertised a restaurant in the facilities list. Nice rooms and clean. There hotel is quite new, so it looks good.
