Shopping mall is just behind the condo,about 1min walking distance from lobby and 2mins walk to Convention.You can found many kinds of restaurant such as western food,korea food,japanese food &many more in the mall.Surrounding by commercial hub,if you need a place for relax like have a coffee or tea there are few cafes around the condo..

It's easy access to NKVE highway,just take 20mins to PJ ,30mins to 40mins to KL City & KLIA.Setia alam night market is a must visit place,it's longest night market in Malaysia. You can drive or Grab to there,around 5mins to get there. Eco ardence Labs (big park & for insta photo) , Pola Dola glass house coffee shop, D network leisure park , Setia city mall (2 malls ) & Setia community hiking hill is the place that you shouldn't miss to visit in Setia alam.

1)The number of guest in room must not exceed the number of guests registered on the reservation, otherwise penalty RM500 will charge on guest.
2)Please note that the bath towel only can use as bath towel, if use for clean other stain or dirt, we will impose penalty if the stain on towel cant be remove.
3)Smoking is not allow in unit , only allow in balcony ,and make sure close balcony door . No smoking allow near lift area, will cause SMOKE ALARM! Penalty from management will bear by guest if smoke in or nearby the lift area.
