Perfect stay”

Great location, good value for money, lots of restaurants & shops & Lotus (formerly Tesco) supermarket nearby. Free parking (3 bays in front of hotel) & free car park below with dozens / hundreds of free car bays. Cleaners were amazing, they deserve a huge bonus - towels were replaced daily, sheets also relaced & room thoroughly cleaned. Very quiet. Wifi connection was up & down - could benefit from improvement. Nice comfy queen sized bed, clean sheets, tv was okay but not many working channels, good sized bathroom, strong shower with lots of hot water, could benefit from a small wardrobe & kettle but there was hot water at the water cooler & a few hangers were provided. Cleaners gave 2 bottles of water, 2 sachets of tea & 2 sachets of 3-1 coffee & biscuits every day, no long live milk for tea but can be easily purchased from Lotus. Only issue was no washing machine but not sure if any hotels provide these. I guess I could go to a launderette somewhere. Good job guys. I would stay again.

Be prepared to see browned white-towels awaiting in the bathroom, if not comfortable with the condition, just pop over to Lotus via the overhead bridge to get your new ones. Noise-wise, was assigned to Room 501 which was facing the opposite block, loud singing and music from the lounge reflected from the opposite until past midnight. Despite weeks before I have asked for room to face the highway in the direction of the West, the Qibla. The aircon was crazy, after into sleeping, the temperature was blowing like ..... even the RC cannot control... switching it off was the only option. A Hot & Cold Water dispenser can be found along the corridor.

Hi, I really like the hotel. Their housekeeping clean our room everyday and change towel too. Most budget hotel rarely done this service. Thank you for the good service and hospitality from a staff named Azmi.
