The location and value for money of the accommodation are both good.”

First of all, the hotel's location is convenient for those coming from the airport on the NexT. There is an underground passage that leads to Shinjuku Station, making it easy for those carrying luggage. The hotel also has a Family Mart, Lawson, and Mini Stop, so there is no need to go out searching for convenience stores. For those using a travel wallet, you can withdraw cash at the Mini Stop. The restaurants in the hotel's basement were also good, and the hotel staff were very friendly. Although the room size was small and it was not possible to fully spread out the luggage, everything you need is there. If I come to Tokyo again, I plan to use this place again.

It's the best.”

There is a bus service from the airport to the hotel entrance. The water pressure is very strong. It takes about eight minutes to walk to Shinjuku Station. There is a very famous udon restaurant within a five-minute walk, and it is very convenient to have an open run. I had to send some mail, and when I asked at the counter, they kindly taught me how to do it, and they even sent the mail from the hotel. There is a place to store luggage after check-out. There is a bus from the hotel to the airport right in front of the hotel. If you make a reservation in advance and go out at the right time, you can take the bus to the airport. The bus driver is also very kind and carefully confirms the destination. The staff are very friendly. There is a 7-Eleven on the first floor and a Lawson in the basement. I would definitely visit again with a 999% intention.

My favorite hotel”

We booked this hotel for 7 days and 6 nights for around Php 55k. It was my favorite hotel among other hotels (Narita Tobu Hotel and APA TKP Sapporo Ekimae) we booked in Japan. Pros: 1. Location—It's near the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and just a few minutes from any Station. It has convenience stores inside the building. 2. Staff - Everyone can understand English and are easy to communicate with. They are friendly and very respectful. 3. Value for Money—I think I got it cheaper than their usual rate and the rate posted on their official website for our stay. I love their cleansing oil, face wash, etc. Their cleansing oil is much better than my Banila Co cleansing balm for removing my makeup lol. I also like that they always bring a new water bottle to our room daily, even though the water in the faucet is drinkable. We leave our valuable items inside the room; nothing is lost when they clean it. Cons The room is small. I thought we could easily manage the space since we are not that picky when it comes to space. The purpose of the hotel for us is just to sleep there during the nighttime. However, it was pretty challenging to open our luggage (we had two pieces of luggage at that time). We could only open one piece of luggage at a time at the top of the bed. Overall, I loved our stay and would like to stay here again. I recommend this hotel for couples.

Old hotel, but still nice enough. Use WEBUS if you hate to walk.”

I came together with my mom, not as a couple, but there's no such option to select :/ Anyway, my mom got issues with her legs, so she can't walk too long. My dad worried since we know the hotel is far from the station, but luckily, after googling I found that there's a bus circling Shinjuku called the WEBUS, pay 100 yen to reach the station area. We have stayed in this hotel a few years ago, and tbh, we decided this hotel this time, since it had the best rate among the expensive Shinjuku hotels. There are plenty of restaurants underground, sadly most of them are always full since this hotel is also located at a business district. Different with other hotel where you always need to ask the staff to keep your stuffs temporarily before checking in or after checking out, this hotel now has their own self locker, but you need a pasmo or suica card to use it. You're still able to ask the staff to keep your belongings though, especially when the lockers are full. We choose 20m room since we don't want it to be 15m (tried once, and it was super small). It feels big enough since they also removed sofa and other stuff, but my mom said she kind of miss the sofa XD Ah TV also doesn't support cast yet, so you can watch netflix here. Weirdly the air purifier keeps saying the air is dirty at the morning or night :/ oh, and at first I didn't notice that I need to fill it with water myself. I don't know why it's not the housekeeping staff who do that, or maybe they just didn't notice the lack of water mark. Pillow... I absolutely hate it. It seems they use the Japanese sobakawa pillows. It's good, since I don't get any neck pain, but I still prefer the fluffy ones than the hard sobakawa pillows. Cleanliness... I feel they are clean enough, but I don't know why, this time, most of hotel housekeeping doesn't clean our used cups. I remember they always cleaned it before. Ah, and I don't know why, they keep taking the toothbrushes we used only for one night. Actually I was thinking to use it to clean my shoes the next day, but well, they're already trashed. Like other hotels, the temperature is set by the central and guests can only adjust low med and high, so sometime it doesn't match your need. There are 3 convenience store, lawson, family mart and ministop. Anyway, this is an old hotel, but renovation makes this hotel feels good enough even for now. Don't worry with the distance to the station, every 10 mnts, WEBUS will come to pick you for 100 yen XD

Great Value for Money”

This hotel is very accommodating to non-Japanese, as there are signs in multiple languages everywhere you go. There's even a tax free shop right there to do your shopping for some general goods, though I did not compare their prices versus other drugstores. Check-in was quite fast with English speaking staff. Your room card is required for the elevator and automatically selects the floor of your room, which I saw confused quite a few guests. The room itself was on the larger size for this price range, which is why I decided to stay here. I stayed during the winter though and the heating in the room was a little overpowering for me, which made me a little uncomfortable. The bathroom was regular Japanese sized but the fresh water from the tap, which they state is drinkable, was refreshing to drink. The hotel is located a good 10 minute walk from the station but it's a non-issue, even with luggage. I would recommend that you save yourself some trouble and catch a cab from the Shinjuku station to get to the hotel for about 600-800 yen. If you want to save yourself even more hassle, perhaps just take the Airport Limousine directly to the hotel, which is what I did on my way back.
