A special place”
Shinta Mani Angkor is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The hotel architecture is a work of art, the staff is exceptional, the spa is its staff knowledgable, kind, and professional, and the food made by a wonderful lady chef is Michelin star quality. However, the most important is the mission of Shinta Mani hotels. They are a wonderful foundation that helps the rural Khmer population through their hotels. We were blessed to have the opportunity to visit one of the villages and get involved with the work of the foundation. We will never forget this experience and can not wait to come back again.

Ultimate comfort!”
Everything about this hotel is perfect! Every time we came back from the hotel the staff greeted us with a cold scented towel. That was simply heavenly considering the steaming weather in Siem Reap. Delicious breakfast, and the swing seats were cozy and fun. If I have to pick one thing to complain it would be that the insulation wasn’t great. Our room was not far from the swimming pool and we could hear other guests’ voices clearly when they chatted by the pool bar.

Best service ever!”
My husband and I are frequent international travelers and are not easily impressed. The team at Shinta Mani were extraordinary. From our Bensley Butler, Naemb to the GM Ewen, the property exceeded every possible expectation. We will be back and will only stay at Shinta Mani.

Couple from London. ”
Perfectly located boutique hotel on a well maintained and quiet side street just a few blocks away from all the action. I read all of the reviews prior to our visit about the staff, and those reviews were spot on. We did not meet a single staff member that was not only willing, but anxious to assist and please us. We saw all of the other larger hotels we considered while there, and said over and over again how happy we were that we chose the smaller more intimate Shinta. The restaurants were great as well (thanks Remy and Patricia) as was our hotel tour guide to Angkor Wat (ask for Johnny Temple). All in all, you can’t go wrong at the Shinta.

Much more than a hotel - it is an experience! ”
I stayed in Shinta Mani for 4 nights with my friends. I must admit that as a frequent traveller (travelled 4-5 times a year), this is the best accommodation experience that I have ever had!!!! Staff are exceptionally professional and passionate. You can simply feel how much they love their job and how they want to serve you from the bottom of their hearts. They enjoy chatting with travellers to establish personal bondings, understanding customers preference to provide best in class service. It is much more than "friendly staff". Every time when you came back to the hotel they handed over cold towel to clean your face and hand. When you are back to the room it is tidied up ( I mean they tidy it up every time when you are out!!!! So every time when you are back you can rest in a completely cosy room) Hotel breakfast is amazing - apart from the buffet, it's all you can eat for the a la crate until you are full. Food varies from Asian to western and they are soooooo tasty! Me and my friends all think it's the best meal we had in the whole Siem Reap. It also amazed me by the complimentary service it had. During your stay you can clean your shoes here for free (believe me shoes get really muddy after a long day in Angkor). It's just like I bought a new pair of shoes! During your stay you can enjoy both facilities in the club and the resort (just in the opposite side). When we went swimming in the resort, we were completely shocked at the staff handing over free coconut ice cream and freer massage. If you are travelling to Siem Reap, I strongly recommend Shinta Mani to you! Believe in me that it will be the best part of your trip! Thanks to staff in Shinta Mani for providing me such an amazing experience.

Awesome hotel, great friendly service and interest”
We had a lovely stay at Shinta Mani. The experience at checkin is already different from all the other big city hotels. We were greeted by a group of friendly staff ready with jasmine scented cold towel and shown to seat at a comfortable day bed and cold juices. Reassured not to worry about grabbing our passport out immediately and to take our time. They gave us a feeling of being pampered and that the hotel staff will handle all the checkin and other craziness for us. We just sat down and relax with a refreshing drink. The service level persisted throughout our three day stay. The room has high ceilings, clean sheets and a great vibe to it. The sound system is pretty good too. Breakfast is yummy. They have eggs and noodle type of food available on order so it's always fresh and hot. The hotel also supports a great program to train rural villagers in hospitality services and some received jobs at the hotel. Definitely a great stay for this seasoned traveler and will recommend this hotel to all my friends coming to Siem reap.

Surpasses Expectations”
It was my first ever visit to Siem Reap but my stay at Shinta Mani Club left a lasting impression. Right from the day I checked in, all the staff were warm and welcoming. Most spoke eloquent English, and for those who don't, were still very warm for they saw us as an opportunity to practise their conversational English. Food quality was good, especially the daily Khmer Tasting Menu. And don't miss out on the Happy Hour deal (1 for 1). If I had to come back, Shinta Mani would be my choice once again.

Friendly service, brand new boutique style”
My stay at Shinta Mani was wonderful! The style of the hotel was modern with some traditional twist- really enjoyed the vibe. As for the location, I was happy to find it was very much in the centre of Siem Reap yet far enough from the main street to provide some peace. Walking to the Pub Street takes max 10min and cars and tuk-tuks are readily available for the temple tours from the hotel. Breakfast and in-room dining were both of high standards and was especially impressed by the staff and service. My first choice of hotel might have been Le Paix but since it was under some repair work, I chose this sister hotel. Glad I did!

Excellent Boutique Hotel”
Our stay was at the Shinta Mani Club was just 2 nights, but it was an excellent experience. It's a unique boutique hotel with a friendly and accommodating staff. Whether at the Shinta Mani Club or Resort (across the street) you're greeted with refreshing wet towels and a big smile. Rooms were very modern and clean and perfect to relax in after a long hot day touring the amazing temples. Happy Hour at the very laid back balcony bar area is a great way to start the evening before dinner at the hotel (very good in the giant swinging beds!) or heading into old market/pub street area (5mins tops by tuk tuk or 10 min walk). Coffee and pastries were available for us before setting off to see the sunrise (that's needed big time at 4:30am). All was great at the Shinta Mani Club Hotel as is but then they really surprised me by allowing us to extend the late check out by having a room at the bigger sister hotel, Shinta Mani Resort, across the street. We packed our bags, headed into town to shop bit and Shinta Mani staff moved us in across the street. No issues or fuss at all. My only regret was not taking dip in either pool as both looked incredibly refreshing (to busy sight seeing and shopping I guess) Highly recommended place with friendly staff and management. I would definitely stay again. Cheers to their hospitality!

wonderful staff and hotel design.”
Our stay at the one year old Shinta Mani Hotel was excellent and we (both hoteliers) can highly recommend this designed boutique property. One should know that a second Shinta Mani (larger in size and more on 4* level) is under construction and will be opened soon. Throughout the hotel we only detected friendly staff, smiling and attentive with solid - very good English skills. we got offered an upgrade to a pool view room by arrival. The check in was handled in a guest oriented manner. A welcome drink was served and we were offered a seat. The room was clean, spacious, equipped with a flat screen, i-pod station, radio, king size bed and a personal note from the GM, including some fresh fruits were displayed on the desk. The bathroom was also very clean, free of any mould and offered a huge shower. The food was excellent and delicious. The small breakfast buffet was complemented by a la cart dishes such as salmon bagel, egg Benedict or fluffy pancakes. We prefer this style of breakfast as it was delicious and FRESH (not like the ordinary, often cold breakfast dishes you can find on most buffets). The terrace of the restaurant is equipped with large swings where one can enjoy the food while relaxing and lying on comfortable pillows. We both couldn't find a negative thing and will choose the hotel again. If someone likes large hotels with a selection of restaurants, large pool areas and big buffets we wouldn't recommend to stay at the Shinta Mani. It is more made for couples, enjoying a 5* service in a private and unique atmosphere.

An unforgettable respite in the heart of the city ”
From the early arrival and welcoming check-in we have been enveloped by the genuine kindness and untaught hospitality. While waiting for the room, we were invited to experience the sumptuous breakfast at the hotel's restaurant on the house. From a selection of fresh juices, to an abundance of homegrown, air-or-sun-dried teas including native fruit, herbs and flowers (jackfruit, mango, lotus & frangipani flowers) that you can frivolously mix and match; through exotic fruit that we feasted on at one of the outdoor swing-tables. We were surprised with a special serving of jackfruit which was hauled especially for us from the local market. Omnivores will find their myriad of egg options on the menu, home baked pastries, cereals, wild jungle honey, and even help-yourself sparkling wine on the buffet. Encouraged by the breakfast experience we didn't hesitate to try the hotel's restaurant for dinner and we were completely awe-inspired with a flavorful vegan interpretation of Khmer cuisine by the hotel's executive Chef who given just 15min notice, whipped up once of the most memorable dinners we have had in years. We've stayed in larger, more luxuriant hotels across Asia, with bigger pools, more stunning views or fascinating interiors, but Shinta Mani Club is not just unsurpassablevalue for money boutique city hotel within walking distance to the Old Town market and touristy hotspots nearby. It is the authentic hospitality that embraces you from the first "Welcome Home!", individuals that listen, observe and react to your slightest preferences, and simply are there to spoil you. Not to mention their initiatives under Shinta Mani Foundation could put much bigger, international hotel chain properties' CSR programs to shame. Comparing to other luxury hotel we stayed at in the city, Shinta Mani Club sets the bar way above the competition!

Amazing! Stunning hotel, great location.”
Shinta Mani Club well and truly exceeded our expectations. What an amazing place! It was very clean, staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was amazing, the pool was beautiful, service by the pool was spot on, great location - we don't have a single negative comment to make. Absolutely loved it and will definitely recommend to any family or friends who are travelling to Siem Reap.

Excellent service and location”
Stayed two nights at the Shinta Mani Club after an earlier night at the Shinta Mani Resort. Prefer the Club because the room has a standalone shower. The other key differences between the two properties are the Club has a capsule coffee machine which allows you to have coffee anything; a fruit tray; and nice wooden flooring. Breakfast selection is good, with good selection of pastries, fruits and juices. (More or less the same as that offered in the other property.) The night market and pub street are within walking distance from this property. Would return to this property if I visit Siem Reap again.
