16 ASQ at Siam Mandarina”

I spent 16 days at the Siam Mandarina as part of the mandatory quarantine when entering Thailand. Though 16 days for anyone is not ideal, the staff and facilities at the Mandarina made the experience much more pleasant. The staff is very very attentive. I'm sure they understand no one wants to quarantine, so they seem to try extra hard to make sure the quarantine experience is as pleasant as possible. I was very impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the management and staff. The facilities are great. The rooms are clean and large. After I received my negative test result after my first test result, I was granted access to multiple outdoor areas which include a small track on the roof and outdoor exercise area. I am glad I chose the Mandarina for my ASQ.

I think it was a great hotel for to pass my quarantine. The stuff was polite and always helpful. I enjoy that I had a view from the room to the airport from one side so I watch planes to come and go and from the other side I enjoy sunsets every evening. This both make days passing more easy. The room was really spacious and I enjoy also the food there, was really nice and changing every day, and even I heard in many quarantine hotels that they have cold meals, in Siam Mandarina always meals was warm. I thank all the people of hotel that make this boring days of closure pass more easy I was expected.

my stay at the siam mandarina was excellent. the room is clean and comfortable, the staff are helpful and there is a strong sense of warm thai hospitality. the manger is very friendly and helps to sort out any problems you have. the hotel is close to the airport which makes it very convenient. there is a free shuttle bus.

as I was an ASQ quarantine visitor , I can only comment on behalf of what I can say about my stay in quarantine, I had a room on the 6th floor with a view on Suvarnabhumi airport, with a nice bed and great bathroom; for AsQ people were provided with a lot of waterbottles, coffee ,tea ,shampoo ,showergel and even toothbrushes and toothpaste, There was a waterboiler and a fridge . There is a main road in front of the hotel but I always have earplugs with me , so I did not hear the traffic outside, Every day they ask you in Line app what you prefer for breakfast , lunch or dinner the next day ( always 3 choices available) They knock on the door when your food is delivered, Food is ok even in this circumstances, Staff is very friendly and heplfull, In case you want some more food or drinks (no alcohol inASQ) there is plenty of choice with reasonable prices, It was a pity I could not use accomodations such as swimmingpool and fitness but nevertheless , I would surely recommend this hotel to other people

Great place before a flight out of Bangkok ”

Upon arrival at airport, it was rather confusing to meet with the pick up for shuttle service (free!) cos there were just so many people. Thank god their instructions were clear to wait at Gate 3 (might change, so check via email) and the person held a placard with the hotel name. It was a short 15 minutes to the hotel. Service staff at the front desk spoke decent English, enough to check us in and answer our queries about wifi (we asked if there was a limit to the number of devices we could connect. No limit.) The whole hotel is non-smoking, so that's great. Rooms are modernly furnished and big enough for us to lay out our luggages and still have walking space. Came with a luxurious king sized bed. The view opens up to the airport, where you can see airplanes taking off, but u dont get the noise. My kids loved it! Breakfast is decent with a variety of Asian and Western choices. They r not near any BTS station, but travelling via taxi or Grab is convenient. Well worth the price!

A newly renovated hotel that is located very close to the Bangkok International Airport”

Was looking for a nice place to get a good rest before an early morning flight and decided to TRY this newly renovated hotel, and it turns out to be the BEST transit hotel I have ever stayed in the area! What I like: - Conveniently located near the airport (only 10 minutes to get to the airport) - A very elegant and luxury design & decoration - Comfort bed and hot-water baht tub - A variety of food and drinks at affordable price - A very well equipped fitness room and a salt-water swimming pool - Quite a professional massage and spa (and very cheap at their very best service) What I dislike: - There is really nothing to do much in the area Would highly recommend anyone who is looking for an overnight stay. You will not be disappointed!

The best value-for-money hotel near Bangkok airport. (8-minutes) The room was clean and brand new furniture. The facilities are 5-star. The staffs were friendly and you will be greeted with refreshing welcome drinks! There are 2 great restaurants and bars. (You must try Tom Kha Ghai) The swimming pool was best during the sunset. Plus, the massage place was cheap, professional, and nicely decorated. I'll stay here whenever I landed in Bangkok.

Fabulous stay & beyond expectation”

Since I was traveling with a family and a little son, I wanted a hotel that is spacious and able to connect two rooms. Was recommended this hotel by a friend of mine. The hotel is very new and very elegant. It seems to be priced at a very reasonable rate compared to what it offers. The staff is very professional and most importantly friendly as they always come to help and assist whenever we go to the public area. The room was clean and spacious as expected. The connected room was prepared as requested. The cafe place offers very interesting local food and dessert. Must try their spa too. Just love it! Couldn’t ask for any better experience for our entire family stay!

Nice place, friendly staff, near the airport”

I had my doubt reading the first few reviews but I needed a place to stay at night near the Airport so I decided to went ahead with it and it exceeded my expectation. The place was grand. The staff was friendly. The food was good. Really nothing to complain about. The free shuttle transfer to the Airport was a big plus too.

Close to Suvanaphumi airport. Good size room. Traffic noise can be disturbing depending on what side your room is. Well organised, friendly, taking good care. 3 nice areas on the rooftop after passing the first Covid test; airport view, outdoor fitness, small running track. I had an indoor fitness bike and weights in my room for a reasonable additional charge, used it every day. Very good idea.

The room was large, clean and modern. The bed was big and very comfy. Staffs were very approachable, helpful and friendly. I like the massage here they are professional. It is not far from the airport. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

Pleasent stay! The service was great and staff were super friendly. The room is very new and beautifully designed. The rate at 1,200THB is a bargain! Additionally, the massage place is superb comparing to the other ones I had in town.

This was a one night stop over before our flight home. We chose as they provide free Taxi service to and from hotel. The hotel entrance and foyer / restaurant is very nice. The ambiance is very good. The staff members checked us in as well as they could. English skills are limited. We received our key card an proceeded to room - The room itself looks very beautiful, however we did have issues. The Toilet did not flush. Housekeeping needed to come in each time someone went to the bathroom to fix. The hot water service was not working and we were unable to take a shower for 2 hours whilst a technician fixed the problem. The Bell Boy at the front of the hotel was outstanding though, delivering our bags, food, and other requests to our room. It is a convenient place to stay for a stop over but that is it.

I stayed in a triple room with my family. The room was spacious and good value for money. Overall I’d recommend it and will come back again

I used the hotel only for my 15 nights quarantine. The food quality good be better especially the main dish.
