The staff are most welcoming and the rooms are large and comfortable with combined shower/baths in the bathrooms. There's a well equipped gym and a nice outdoor pool located on the mezzanine floor above reception. The restaurant serves a good selection of western and Asian dishes. I had the chicken makkasan with white rice and a bottle of beer. The food was well presented and delicious and at a reasonable price. The hotel also offers a regular shuttle service between the airport and itself. Directions for locating the shuttle and timetable are on the hotel's website and I've added screenshots with the timetable and location (April 2024). Unfortunately, I arrived shortly after one had departed so I caught a short-journey taxi from the office alongside the cab queuing barriers on the 1st floor. The fee with the 50 baht driver surcharge came to 130 baht for the short drive. If you have a little more time, the concierge is keen to offer trips into central Bangkok but I was here simply to rest before an early morning flight. I'd definitely stay again when passing through Bangkok.

Misleading value”
I booked this hotel for just 1 night due to a very late arrival into BKK near midnight. The prospect of traveling again any long distance by car was off putting, so I just wanted to have a quick, cheap option for this first night. I looked online and the hotels right at the airport are kind of pricey. So I opened up the search perimeter a bit and found this hotel. Photos looked nice and it was substantially cheaper than the airport hotels, so I gave it a go. It's about a 7 minute taxi from the airport, and I'd assume even that 7 minutes is just airport traffic. So it is indeed close enough. The rooms were clean and spacious, albeit nothing fancy or modern. But more than enough for the task. Hotel staff was polite and did their job well enough from my brief interactions. The only reason why I can't immediate suggest this is because of the value. The room itself is cheap, but the food there is kind of ridiculous. The lobby bar/cafe is thankfully open 24/7, so I was able to get a bite before bed. However, a 2 person meal including one soft drink, a chicken caesar salad, chicken wings, and 1 beer was 1,800 baht. I was still jet lagged when I got the slip, so the price didn't really even occur to me as high until the next morning when I was thinking about it. Then because I hadn't booked breakfast with the room, they were asking 520 baht for the buffet the next morning. At those prices, I could have just booked the airport hotel instead and just walked over there directly from the terminal. So for a value proposition, this is kind of a mixed bag. If all you want to do is shower and sleep, then it is fine. But if you actually want a bite to eat too, then book elsewhere.

Excellent hotel close to airport with reliable transfer”
We booked 2 rooms at this hotel. One king and one twin. Both on 6th floor. Both rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Bed is comfortable (not too hard or soft in our opinion). Hotel was very quiet (as most seem to be in this area due to less number of travellers) and we felt very well looked after and welcomed. The staff are excellent. Everyone is very polite and make your stay very enjoyable and comfortable and explained everything really well. We had a package that includes a free one-way transfer to hotel from the international airport which was fantastic. We had a small hiccup with receiving confirmation by email that the transfer was booked but when arriving at the airport we saw our name on the list at exit 4 so all good. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of choices all available at the cafe just outside the lobby area. This was all inclusive with our room. The staff at the cafe were also very friendly and helpful. There's a 711 over the road from the hotel but you need to walk to the overpass to get there safely. Only about 5 mins. The staff in the lobby helped us order a taxi to go into the city the next day. We really enjoyed our stay so we extended an extra night. There's also a good Thai BBQ next door to the hotel.
