I must have been the "guest from "hell".....late checking in,,,, late checking out, late out the room for the cleaner and carrying a ton of luggage around with me but every member of staff I met at Silom City was very polite, very courteous & simply couldn't have done more to help and make my stay enjoyable and relaxing. The guys on reception were great, nice, genuine people who were even good enough to contact me after I had left to say I had left a credit card in the room!.\ The cleaner was lovely, still smiling even when I left the room late in the afternoon holding her work day up,,, and the bell boys/porter/doormen were a fantastic help, I would never have managed without them! So a big thank you to everyone at Silom City Hotel! Maybe a few of the many Bankok hotel I've stayed in should go and have a look at "how it should be done",..even though I paid a fraction of the price of many at Siolim City hotel. Amazing value for ,money and a delightful place to stay, *****

Excellent Stay at Silom City Hotel - 2nd time”
I had an enjoyable experience first time I stayed at Silom City Hotel with my sister and my 2nd visit was even more enjoyable, this time with my parents & younger brother! I was able to get good rate, the food service is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious. If we want to eat outside, there's a small market across that has fruits, good restaurants (they are jam packed every night with tourists) or walk to nearby Silom Village which offers free cultural show while you eat. Btw, it's better to change money at the hotel, they give good rates when I compared vs the airport. I also tried the Thai massage offered by the hotel and I must say it was the best massage ever - kudos to the lady! The Hotel Manager Jai is very attentive to our needs, she was like family already the 4 nights we stayed there. She personally arranged for Day 1 tour, as we were going to arrive late the night before. When Jai learned we liked the Thai rice, she managed to give us a going-away present (a pack of Thai organic rice) when we checked-out. I definitely will recommend Silom City Hotel to my friends, relatives & colleagues. I will definitely come back!

Paradise in bustling city”
Upon our arrival, we were promptly escorted by the hotel staff and the receptionist was very warm in welcoming us. It was worth noting that complimentary 2 bottles of water were provided on a daily basis. Other hotels did not go that extra mile! Toiletries and immaculately clean linens were also available on a daily basis. Food served are awesome too! Given the chance to travel back to Bangkok, I would love to stay at Silom City Hotel. It is indeed a paradise in a bustling city of Bangkok!

A true Gem”
I have stayed at Silom City Hotel at least 30 times over the past few years, and they have always been incredible. From the moment of my arrival, the staff is on top of helping me with my luggage, and always has a refreshing drink waiting for me at the top of the stairs. The rooms are quire reasonably priced, the size of the room is always great, and the location for the gem trade is perfect. I could choose to stay at many other hotels in Bangkok, but for me, Silom City is the best.

Stayed at the Silom City Hotel for two nights on our arrival in Thailand and were very pleased with the overall experience. We arrived very early before our room was ready and were cheerfully upgraded to a better room. A big feature of this hotel is the excellent service, all staff were pleasant and more than willing to be of assistance. The hotel has a good restaurants serving good quality food and is surrounded by many places to find authentic food. It is handy to market and shopping precincts as well as many other tourist attractions. We will certainly use this hotel again.

Affordable yet comfortable stay”
I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Silom City Hotel. The staffs are very friendly. Breakfast was great. Though the place is a bit shabby, the rooms are kept clean and are really big. Perfect for travelers who are on a budget. It is located conveniently near the Surasak and Chong Nansi BTS stations. There’s a wet market nearby, a weekend flee market, and access to authentic Thai food on the streets or in a local neighborhood restaurant! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok and recommend the hotel to friends and family.

I have always stayed at Silom City Hotel when I am in Bangkok. The main reason, is the friendly staff, which make you feel like you are part of their family. Everything that you need is handled with a smile and genuine warmth. I can stay at other hotels that seem fancier and are more expensive, but why? Everything I could ever want is here. Best Value in Bangkok”
When I am in Bangkok, the only hotel I consider is Silom City Hotel. Starting with the bell man on arrival, the check in person, the entire staff makes you feel at home. The suite I use is large, and the price is very reasonable. Of course, I will be back soon!

Great location and good value”
the service at the silom city hotel is not quite up to what it was 2 years ago however i will continue to stay here due to location and price. the doormen are really friendly and they lend a good vibe to the hotel. the location is back from silom road and walking distance to patpong night market and skyrail stations (10 - 15 mins). the general area is a good one with good shops and cafes. there is a very cheap laundry service around the corner near silom rd. the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways is not pleasant

The hotel offered the intimacy and style of a boutique hotel at very reasonable rates. The staff were always helpful and polite no matter what the time of day. The breakfast, included in the room rate, was very appetising. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Silom City and will certainly make it our "home" on future visits to Bangkok.

Perfect stay, great location, friendly staff”
We spent 4 nights at Silom City Hotel, got a huge room with kitchen, balcony and awesome view to the city. The room was really clean, staff was very friendly and the location is also great, it is 1 minute walk from Silom Road. Breakfast was also fine and there's a 7 Eleven store just opposite to the hotel. I would highly recommend to stay at this place!

Nice hotel, very large room (deluxe Suite)”
My stay with Silom City was refreshing. The staff was very nice and the room was quite large. Most rooms have a balcony, albeit narrow, but there was room enough for me to smoke, while my companion was a non-smoker. The bathroom was well appointed and modern, western style with a bathtub. The hotel is very near Silom Road, access to food and shopping a 30-second walk.

Incredible attentive Staff”
As usual, my stay at Silom City Hotel was great. From the moment I arrived, they were on to gather my baggage, and show me to my room. They certainly make you feel like family. The rooms and the beds are very large, and the price I am always happy with. The breakfast is a little slim on the selection, but enough to keep a businessman happy.

Reasonable price, spacious room”
I stayed at silom City Hotel around a week. Compared to the price the room was clean and spacious enough for two people. This hotel is 10 mins walk distance to the MRT and ferry terminal. If you take the ferry, you can go to the grand palace easily. You can also buy lots of fruits from markets around the hotel.

Decent hotel at a decent location”
Our stay at Silom City hotel was ok. The bellboy was extremely friendly and the lady at the concierge desk was very helpful as she arranged river cruise reservations for us at the last minute and helped us with organizing transportation etc. The room is pretty decent with all of the necessities available, the wireless internet works well and the daily breakfasts are ok.

Friendly , comfortable and affordable accomodation”
We arrived late after a gruelling 16 hour flight and the staff right from the bellhop to fron desk staff made our welcome to Bangkok a pleasure to remember. The breakfast menu and service was exceptional and varied from day to day. The compact lobby includes the restaurant but is more than adeqe]uate with optional seating in an enclosed outdoor area , very pleasant for morning dining. Tha hotel is just off the main Silom road down a narrow Soi but quite accesable and Tuk Tuks and taxi's had no problem with the location. Close to night markets and restaurants and only minutes from Sky train and subway. The street food and vendors just minutes away make for late night snacks and affordable. Great hotel choice , Iwould stay there again.

As per previous stays, greeted by friendly staff upon arrival and given refreshing fruit drinks, check in smooth and simple (less 60seconds) front of house staff welcoming and friendly throughout stay (as usual) buffer breakfast adequate, very big room as before (suite) located on quite soi (street) with seven 11 directly opposite and excellent traditional street food available on next soi also fruit market. 100m to Silom Rd and approx 300m to Silom village trade centre and food court. After first visit to this hotel have always stayed here and will continue to do so.

Another great stay at the Silom City Hotel”
This was our second stay at Silom City Hotel. The location can't be beaten. The hotel is clean and the atmosphere is good. The man who works on the front door is a real selling point - I hope they pay him well. Only con was the breakfast which has too few non-meat options on the morning we stayed.
