We booked for one night at first, but ended up staying there two more nights. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. I asked for extra bottle water and towels and they didn't charge me extra. They even helped me to reheat the food. Not like the other hotel we stayed before this, they said they only supply two towels to each room each day and also two bottles of water.

It was a rather cheap hotel, but the room cndition, the staff, breakfast and the lobby were much much more than my expectation. Very Modernized and great for travelers. 호텔 직원들 정말 친절하고 조식도 맛있고 방도 깔끔하고요~ 이 가격에... 완전 좋았다구 생각합니다.

Might be the best hotel in HCMC”
This was my first trip to Vietnam, so I can't compare with other hotels, but anyway it was amazing hotel. The size of the room was not so big, there was no pools, and the room charges were not so cheap comparing other hotels in Vietnam, but other things were perfect which I can't find any complain. The location was just 3 minutes walk to Japanese town, which means very easy to stay for Japanese people(I assume Western people may prefer west side like Bui Vien). The free breakfast was fantastic like 4 star hotels, but the most amazing part was hospitality of staffs. The front staff were so cute and nice, bell boys also nice and polite, and job of room keeper were always soo decent and made a room always perfectly clean even like Japanese 5 star hotels. The next time to visit HCMC, I can think about another places, but I cannot choose any other hotels other than this one. I look forward to visit this hotel again.

We stayed at thi hotel while we were processing paperwork for adopting our 3 year old daughter. We LOVED this hotel. The staff were amazing, helpful and accommodating!! We can not say enough good things about them. Some examples are helping us with taxis, helping us get to and from local attractions, always making sure we had what we needed (water, towels, umbrella, motor bike helmet), looking up Mass time info for local Catholic churches, kindly and playfully interacting with our daughter. They were all so amazing! My only "complaints" are that the location is VERY busy. It is conveniently close to a lot of attractions, but the busy streets can be overwhelming, but maybe all of Ho Chi Minh is like that. There is no pool if this is important for your family. They would do laundry for you for a price per item, but there is not a washer/dryer available if you need it. We had a couple urine accidents & ended up washing clothes in the sink, so a washer/dryer would've been nice.

Simple yet Well-Rounded Hotel, Nice Service & Hospitality”
Spotlights:Near the Little Japan zone with abundant nice restaurants, cafés & spa nearby, and easy going to famous sight-seeing spots & dept stores. The staff was pretty friendly and helpful. Breakfast starts at 05:30 with rich choices of buffet. Lots of foreigners live here, esp. Japanese visitors. Last but not least, affordable room price range is a good travelling option (though the room is small.) Pity: I accidentally turned off the switch controlling both the air-conditioner & the fridge in the wardrobe (because I thought it was one of the lights), it turned out too hot and I woke up in early 3AM. Would appreciate if the switch was labeled "air-conditioner power" or some clear indicator.
