I stayed in unit B-15-08 and was pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness for a solo traveler. The room featured two double beds, a small dining table, a microwave, a kettle, and a smart TV, although you need to use your own Netflix account. The air conditioning was set to a comfortable level, making it ideal for a good night's sleep. The bathroom and toilet were separated, although there was a gap when the toilet door was closed, which might be awkward if traveling with a companion. Overall, the experience was excellent. The ramp to get to the upper levels is a bit narrow, so be cautious when driving up. The property is very secure, as every entrance requires an access card. Only one access card is provided, so if you’re with a partner, you’ll need to plan accordingly. The room had two queen beds and all the basic facilities. Be careful when ironing clothes or a headscarf. The property is within walking distance to Setia City Mall, connected by a bridge from level 3. You can easily find food there. I stayed there for 2 days for a meeting at NIH, which is only about a 5-6 minute drive away. The property is quite quiet, though, and may feel a bit secluded. Overall ok

Budget stay”
Overall a great budget stay. Location: Walking distance to Setia City Mall (Take the link bridge from Level 3). Surrounding area is great, not much cars or traffic. Amenities: Towel, microwave, kettle, bottled mineral water, dish soap and shower gel, hairdryer was provided. Wished the towel was thicker. TV worked as well, but remote was running low on battery. Easy login to my Disney Hotstar account for viewing. Room: Great and spacious. But I find the toilet flooring was very slippery and dangerous. Water pressure was good. Fan was noisy but aircond was great. Can hear upstairs tenant dragging the chair so its not very soundproof. Pros: CS team provided really good instructions via WhatsApp, with step by step guide. Check-in was relatively easy but because I had a vehicle, I had double job. If you have large cars, might consider not bringing it here because the parking is tight especially with all the levels. Mine was at Level 6. Room at Level 14. Wifi was good too. What to improve: Provide some extra garbage bags for people who are staying long. Consider switching the door lock to card or keypad because its very troublesome to carry around 1 really small key. A thicker towel will be great. Overall, worth for the price paid. Will consider to book again in the near future
