Honest review: They “upgraded” me immediately when I got there but it seem like a downgrade not the room from the picture maybe they were out of the room I book I think that’s why they “upgraded” me. Pool was clean & the building inside. Kind of noisy the floor I was on. Airport transfer was easy they offer 24 hour van ride every hour. However they did try to give me & my husband spot away to local persons we literally had to fight for our rights on that regard. They offered room service but we didn’t try the food there it is a bit pricey & there is a market within walking distance with good food so did that instead. Overall it is close to the airport the upgrade room with king bed was actually just two twins pushed together. The ac did blow cold. No microwave. But there is mini fridge in room & kettle. I would stay here again if I had to but it wouldn’t be my first pick.
Sinsuvarn Airport Suite is one of our favorite hotels near the Suvarnabhumi airport. The location of the hotel, the efficient shuttle service, the friendly staff, and the excellent breakfast buffet always make this an easy overnighter when we’re connecting to another flight.
My gf and I landed at different times and super late so this hotel was perfectly located. The included airport transfer service was a key part of my decision. I can't mark them down on anything, staff friendly, room clean and sufficient and compliments to the chefs on the breakfast. Note though, they strict on the breakfast times so don't get there a minute late. Thanks again, We coming back again :-) PS- a taxi from the hotel to the airport is roughly 100 baht
Pros: My room was upgraded but this was after I paid for an additional bed for an extra person fee. I reckon they did not want to set up an extra bed in the room so just upgraded it instead. Good water pressure, a comfortable bed, and good enough amenities (the basic free water/tea/coffee, shampoo, soap, etc in the room). 7/11 was a two-minute walk and there were many massage parlors right outside the hotel (though I never got to try it because I came in after midnight and left early in the morning). The staff was very friendly and helpful with our luggage and helping us find our rooms. The rooms were clean but the furniture and hotel interior made it look not great. The airport shuttle was very reliable for pick up and drop off. Cons: I was traveling in a large group and there were three elderly in our group. The hotel is not accessible at all because even if you took the elevators to your room, you still have to climb some stairs??? (so what is the point of having the elevators then). The ramp of the hotel entrance was also steep so not very wheelchair accessible. There was no porter available so this was not ideal for our group who had to bring multiple pieces of luggage up and down our room. However, I am grateful for one of the staff cleaners who saw us struggling and helped us out. The hotel is rundown and we had large mosquitos in all of the rooms our party booked. The bathroom was pretty small, you open the door and hit the toilet. The shower curtains don't reach the ground so all the water still leaks out making the bathrooms easily wet. The walls were extremely thin and I would always hear the neighbors or people walking down the hall. It is a good enough place for a transit hotel for less than a 24-hour layover or if you're traveling solo. All in all, great and friendly staff and a reliable pick up/drop off airport shuttle, but not a great hotel. There are a lot more better value-for-money hotel options by the airport. Less than satisfactory for a 3-star hotel.
