10.0Exceptional
I stayed at this hotel almost ten years ago and vaguely remember that it was very close to the subway station. Since I was participating in the Standard Chartered Marathon 10K race this time, which started nearby, I booked this hotel three months in advance. It was indeed very convenient for traveling, with several 7-11s nearby. The gentleman at the hotel reception was very polite and even asked me if my race went well when he saw my race bag (very warm-hearted). He helped me upgrade to a higher floor room, which is already quite spacious for Hong Kong, and the bathroom was very clean, also equipped with a bidet (very friendly in winter). The only downside was that there were only a few TV channels, not much to watch. I was very satisfied with this stay!!!

The hotel is close to several halal restaurants and a mosque, as well as a bus stop and a shopping mall. The rooms are clean and are cleaned daily. The cleaning staff are excellent, as are the receptionists. Check-in and check-out are quick.

It is close to the MTR station. The staff is friendly. The room was on a higher floor, so the view was good. There was a free water dispenser in the hallway, which was helpful. Since it was a smoking room, I was bothered by the lingering smell of cigarettes in the room.

The location of Nanyang is very advantageous. I took the A11 bus directly from the airport, and it's also very close to the Causeway Bay subway station by walking. The staff service is quite warm; when I called the housekeeping department, they provided a power adapter for free. The cleanliness is good as well; the room is kept quite clean, and the facilities are maintained at a relatively new standard. Although there is room for improvement, overall, it offers great value for money in Hong Kong.

“It was a hotel that made me want to stay again.”
The front staff was very friendly and provided a pleasant experience during both check-in and check-out. The room was clean, equipped with a washlet and refrigerator, making it comfortable. If I had to wish for something, I would like to have an outlet in the bathroom. As for breakfast, I stayed for two nights and the menu was different both days, and it was very delicious. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again when I visit Hong Kong.
