We moved from the hive hotel to here, don’t stay at the hive by the way! And it was amazing, rooftop and bar, clean rooms, cheap rooms for what you’re getting seriously it’s actually well priced in terms of food and rooms - drinks are always high in hotels so that’s no surprise. Honestly only down points are that there was some funky smell outside when walking between buildings that was present each day we were there and more Chinese than other nationalities staying there but other than that nothing bad about this place for the 2,000 baht per night well worth it! (Young aussie family that travels often around Thailand and the world)

The bigger rooms are much better”
Originally we stayed in the smaller room and found it to be cramped, but still very clean and nice. Then we upgraded to their executive room and its well worth the extra cost. Techincally its not much bigg, but it feels twice as large. Has a tub. Has a balcony. Has much more space to walk around and put your luggage and things. Cold AC, plenty of hot water, mini fridge, sunny balcony, bath tub, shower, desk, strong wifi, with two rooftop pools. The staff are quick and professional and the location is perfect for Nimman wandering..

This is the best location in the city! Rooms are small but they’re comfortable with super nice beds and nice facilities. I really liked the convenience of everything around me within walking distance. 2 great coffee shops across the street, Graph and Roastniyom. Tons of eating options too. Staff were super helpful and friendly, room had a small fridge too. Overall, definitely will recommend to visiting family and friends and even locals during a staycation!

Located along Niman road with plenty of cafes and food stalls. A 7-11 is about 3 mins walk away. Super accessible if you are visiting one Niman mall and Maya mall. Also the hotel is just beside the main road and a visit to the Wat Chedi Luang temple is 10 mins car ride away. Rooms are clean and modern and overall would highly recommend.

Amazing boutique hotel”
Very new hotel with amazing facilities. Rooftop pool is spectacular. My room was very clean and comfortable. Staffs were great. Free bottle of water and tea and coffee daily. The location is right in the middle of Nimman, walking distance to loads of eateries, bars and mall.

I have stayed here before but this time had a great view! The rooms aren't huge but they are comfortable. The location is amazing - walking distance to Nimmenhaemen Road and Gad Suan Keow

Great location . Very friendly and helpful staff . Buffet breakfast was excellent. Aqua rooftop bar by the pool was a bonus with happy hour cocktails I Would stay again if in Chiang Mai.Thanks again to the hotel executive from their Singapore office who kindly gave us a complimentary bottle of wine with our dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Right in the heart of busy Niman area ”
Great location, friendly staff and although limited parking the guys at the parking lot are super helpful and moved cars to get me out early in the morning Room was nice and great value for money Went to get coffee in the morning and no one at the coffee shop to serve us, waited 15 mins and still no one there to sell us a coffee so went somewhere else. Apart from this issue all else was perfect

Overall this hotel is very good, worth the money. There are two separate buildings but no cover in between. We experienced two thunderstorms in 3 days. Got wet after running between two buildings for front counter and coffee shop. The street outside hotel was flooding like running river after the thunderstorms and we were trapped for few hours. The breakfast needs improvement, less selection and same hot food repeated in three days.

Stayed already a few times at this hotel. Location very good. Nice rooms. Still good choice of the breakfast. Staff very helpfull. Last but not least the swimming pool. Our children loved it a lot. Can recommend this hotel. And don't forget to have a coffee at their coffee shop or something to eat.

amazing hotel for when u deserve to treat yourself”
i came here after staying in hostels during my travel and i felt like a queen. it was hard to leave my room because it was so nice. the bathrooms were immaculate with quality soap, shampoo , and conditioner. the pool was amazing, but the pool bar was not open due to covid :( great views and great service. ill definitely come here again

Nice stay, most are good, except few things.”
Staffs are very nice, room is nice (I stayed in twin), the drawback was that air condition is facing one of the bed, so one bed will be very cold, the other are quiet nice. breakfast is normal, nothing exciting about, but it get by for travelers to have energy to enjoy the rest of the day.

Pictures match the experience”
Most of the hotels I stayed at in Thailand did not match the photos on Agoda. This was not the case with Say with Nimman. The facilities were incredible. Close to anything you could need in Chiang Mai. I'll definitely be staying with them again in the future.

We really enjoyed our time at Stay with Nimman! The location is in an awesome area with lots of things to walk to. The room was very chic and new. The onlyl downside was that the Wifi was bad and we consistently had to keep logging back in.
