Awesome stay!”

I stayed here for 4 nights over New Year’s. I booked a Deluxe Mountain View room, but my pleasant surprise, they put me in a sweet bungalow right in front of the beach! The bungalow was new and very clean, and it had great WiFi. Sunset Beach Villas is very close (8 minute walk) to Haad Rin Beach. Even though so many places are closed due to the pandemic, there are a number of very good restaurants that are just a few minutes walk away. The infinity pool is great, and the Manager was so helpful! I was so pleased by my stay at Subset Beach Villas. Everything was wonderful.

Excellent”

It is near to haad Rin beach (fullmoon party beach). Room was clean. But our room was on Hill top and there is no phone to call on reception. So if you need any thing then you have to come down on reception that is one weak point of this hotel. Staff is polite and friendly

love everything of Sunset Beach Villas Koh Phangan. From checking in till last minute was so perfect. Sunset is stunning there!!!

Stunning Sunset ”

staff were so great , we thought we could not get a room before 2 pm as its check in time but once we arrived around 10 am , we asked if its possible or not , they just checked the room and give me the room the check in 4 hours before and no additional charged. During our stay , everything went well , room was cleaned , reasonable breakfast , big bungalow , perfect location and amazing sunset at the spot we stayed. we will go back to stay at Sunset Beach Villas again.

Perfect resort for working”

Beach front Bungalow is really really awesome, I love sunset here so when i come to phangan I every time book this place . Here is the best wifi as I work online , I never have problem about internet during I stay here.

Great Location”

Very nice place and well located in Haad Rin. You can easily walk to restaurants, stores, bars, and bike rental places. Friendly staff. I'd come back!

The only one in Phangan for our Phangan Trips”

Always feel like your are part of Sunset Beach Villas 's family. The owner is really nice and always there to take care of the guests. Good Thai local food, cool beach bar and awesome cocktails.

Amazing stay”

The staff were very accommodating they were able to come and pick us up from the pier. The rooms are so great for budget travellers! And the pool area is amazing infinity pool and small private beach area! Also short walk to main beach and restaurants/ shops! Really enjoyed the stay!!!

Room was clean as in bacteria free. Thr door to the toilet was damaged. Water stream was very weak”

Location is great. It is relativelly cheap. Breakfast is excellent! The room was minimal. Not exactly as in the pictures no pillows outside. Minibar is empty. The shower has that "heat water as it flows" thing attached to an only cold water tab. The water stream was so weak that it is hard to get soap off the body. Door to the bathroom was flawed (did not open or close smoothly).

We couldn't believe this place. Was such a treat to come and relax here after traveling a few weeks. Friendly staff, amazing swimming pools, incredible views. Amazing beach villas, hammocks, room service, breakfast buffets. This place has it all! We didn't come for full moon party. Our stay has been incredible here, so much that we extended our stay a few more days

Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is great though the beach is not as nice as the other side but with a 10-min walk can get you to a nicer beach. The resort pool is awesome.

Terrible ”

This was possibly the worst place I have ever stayed, after being checked into the wrong room twice we were then made to pay more for a below average room. The room was basic it looked nothing like the photos online. The WiFi didn’t work on the resort the staff were misrable. Also we asked for our room to be cleaned and we was told there was no staff and we would have to wait until tomorrow. You also need to be informed that some of the rooms are up multiple flights of stairs which isn’t great when you have asthma and also those rooms back on to and un safe looking area. This was the most expensive hotel we have booked and by far the worst!

Warmed welcome . We arrived there like 9 am but they just let us checked in right away , no need to wait till 14.00 pm. When we were there , there was a construction for swiming pool , I knew before i Booked bcuz its mentioned in Agoda site , in the facebook so its no a problem at all as they already dump the price . We will go back there in next year February and hope to see your New Cozy swiming pool xxx

Location is ideal! You are away from the noise and night life yet you are going a 10min walk away from Haadrin Beach. The buffet breakfast is amazing and the pool is huge. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Very good hotel but choose you room wisely”

We had a room next to the reception and motorbikes coming in and out at night woke us up several times. Otherwise great personnel, good rooms and right on the beach. Excellent quality for the price

It’s a perfect place to stay, everything is nice and cozy”

But the Breakfast is not included at the hotel and not that much menu. If they have more that would be perfect. But we found the coffee shop called Coffeedrink Haadrin, that was the best and it’s not far from hotel only 170m
