I have been to Pattaya a multitude of times, and stayed in many hotels between Jomtien and Naklua. Several visited more than once, but I'm always looking to experience somewhere different. Next time I visit Pattaya I will stay here again ( 4th.) Not because it is the most modern and stylish, in some ways it is a bit dated. But new buildings, esp. hotels - wear out quickly in the tropics. Its the Value for Money that matters most to me, then the facilities, and whether everything works properly, inc. staff. Atmosphere and Location. I could stay at Centre Point or the Hilton, but that sort of hotel costs 3 or 4 times as much - for what.? You get a room to stay in, pays your money and makes your choice. At Sunshine Vista you get a biggish room, comfy bed, quiet, Blackout curtains, TV, with many channels. Fridge, (microwave etc in Deluxe.) Pool, Gym, buffet breakfast. Friendly, and attentive staff. Location, up Beach road, down Soi Song. Easy-peasy. Big C across the road. Yellow - T Exchange nearby for best rates money. Honey 2 and Siam Siam shows you where to stop Baht Bus. The best laundry across the road - I even went back there when at Soi Buakao Hotel. If the hotel spent a million Baht on renovations the place would look more modern, but that would mean higher prices, and I am very happy with my policy of Value for Money. And the Best recommendation is "YES - I Will stay here again."

I already booked 7 nights more. The one bedroom suite very comfortable and clean. Has small kitchen with microwave. Toliet has separate shower and bathtub. 2 Balcony . One in living room and one balcony in the bedroom. Fantastic. With table and chairs at the balcony. On the 9 floor no mosquites. Comfortable 3 seater sofa . Dining table . Plenty cupboard and space to put all your stuff . Air conditioning the best I had before. Coffer table with the sofa. Large comfortable bed . Housekeeping done my room cleaning excellent. All the staff from Bell boy to reception . All I will give them 5 star. I will definitely book more nights and come back whenever I come Pattaya.

This is a great place. Conveniently located in about a 2-minute walk from the beach. Nearby a lot of restaurants. 3 minute walk off the opposite end from the newly renovated shopping mall Central Marina. Nice pool but is a little bit small. But there are some shortfalls. Room service for meals only available from 7 a.m to approximately 2 or 3 p.m. As of matter of face I soon figured it out that the hotel staff only have cooks that prepare breakfast in the mornings. After that, anyone ordering room service food, the go outside to one of the neighboring restaurants next door to get what you order and bring it to your room. While the gym is nice the work station equipment could use a little bit of "tender loving care" with some tune-up/ check-up maintenance. Other than that, I think this is a great place conveniently located in a popular spot.

quiet part of Pattaya”
a quick walk to the beach, mall, shops and restaurants. on the opposite end of the beach from the walking streets, so nice and quiet. a quick 10 baht bus ride will take you the the other end in no time. Nice room top pool and pretty good buffet breakfast during covid quarantine. A/C worked well and the room was nice.

Excellent choice for a cheaper price in a fantastic location”
As always the staff were excellent. Helpful, friendly and always willing to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are large with comfortable beds and good air con and tv's. The pool is a nice place to relax. The gym is quite old and small but otherwise I would recommend this hotel for a clean and comfy stay on a budget. Again the staff were all fantastic and made it a great stay.
