Have stayed here before. Staff are always very good and friendly. Not the cheapest airport accomodation but it’s clean and offers everything you need. The rooftop restaurant is convenient and great to watch planes cross over nearby, breakfast was good. A choice of 4 or 5 dishes with added continental breakfast if you also want that as well. The only letdown for me was the room A/C, it worked but was an older split system that just managed on high fan. I think it maybe the room we had that had the slow a/c, room 321. Would recommend.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Suvarnabhumi Airport. It’s the perfect choice for anyone needing a comfortable and convenient stop before a flight. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable, ensuring a restful night. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out seamless. The hotel’s proximity to the airport is a huge plus, with efficient shuttle service available. Despite being close to the airport, the ambiance was peaceful, allowing for a relaxing stay. The restaurant at the top floor with overlooking view was great, offering a variety of fresh and tasty foods and drinks with a live band at night. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay before flying!
I give this property 5 ***** The rooms are very large. I selected a room with no windows. My only issue was the extremely hard mattress. It was very uncomfortable. A highlight is the Sky Bar on the 6th Floor. Outside, with cooling breezes, was great. Watching aircraft coming in to land was great. All staff were fantastic. Very friendly and accomodating. Very close to the airport by Bolt Taxi was approx 120baht and only took about 15 minutes. During the evening on the Sky Bar there was a duo live band. I found them very good. The food was not expensive but very tasty. It was my second stay here. I'll do it again subject to having a lot softer mattress
We chose this hotel as was inexpensive & close to the airport as our flight home meant an extremely early rise. Pleasantly surprised at how good this hotel was given the price-the shower was hot-room clean & comfortable. Minor complaint that the door to the room had to be slammed to shut properly… & apparently others on our floor had the same issue. Also the mini fridge didn’t work properly. But-7-11 walking distance down the street-plus great street food restaurant & (flea) night market only a few minutes walk. Staff were very helpful when we were leaving at 3:30 am ( which is not always the case) and we’d definitely stay here again for good value & easy access to/from the airport.

“Nothing was too much trouble”
Our return flight was rescheduled which meant we needed an overnight stay near the airport for one last night in Bangkok. Suvarnabhumi Suites was a random choice of properties near the airport, and it was a great choice. Our flight from Koh Samui was delayed a number of times, but a quick email to the Suites’ 24 hour front desk reassured us they were expecting us, and them with little notice they were able to organise their shuttle bus to collect us, free of charge. The receptionist made check in a very smooth process, organising an early wake up call, a return shuttle to the airport and a box breakfast with no fuss. Unfortunately we were too late for the pool but the bar and restaurant upstairs were open, with great food, cold drinks and live music! Our rooms were just the standard class - they were clean, well appointed and had comfy beds, a safe and tea and coffee! There was a bit of noise from some enthusiastic local Thai bars, but we were obviously in a local neighbourhood, with bars, shops and restaurants if you wanted to explore the area. I’d definitely recommend the Suvarnabhumi Suites as a transit hotel, somewhere to top and tail your Thailand holiday and as a place for business meetings. Great experience and all of the staff were excellent in meeting our needs.
