We love our stay in swissotel! ”
The place is clean and very convenient for travellers because just below the building is the MRT. Easy for commuting. I was also amazed with the self check-in and check out service. What i didnt like is we cannot access the sky restaurant because we don’t have a reservation. Lastly, the aircon is always on 21 degrees and that is quite hot for me.

Great location”
Stayed here for a night during the National Day parade preview, great view of the whole action. Very good location right in the center of all the action. Very clean and great facilities. Breakfast was great with lot of choices.

Alternate Arrangement without Disappointment”
Booked this accommodation for a family Staycation but the facility was used as COVID 19 isolation requirement for incoming travellers to Singapore. Swissotel informed me at least three weeks in advance and provided three options. Option one allowed me to cancel without cancellation fee, option two allow me to delay the booking to later date of my choosing and option there allow me to stay at an alternate accommodation at Fairmont hotel next door. In order not to disrupt our family "holiday" plan, I opted for the alternate location and the arrangement was seamless. The room was at level 20 with city views, it's very clean, spacious and comfortable. It comes with all the standard amenity and room service was very responsive. The rooms also comes with two complementary breakfast and $100 dining voucher per room per night to be used at any of the restaurants within the hotel. To avoid disappointment and adherence to strict COVID 19 distancing measure, table booking of my desired timing is required. As such, very little waiting time is required and I think it's good for the restaurant business in turning around their table quickly to manage the demand. Overall, my family enjoyed the stay. Will definitely come back to Swissotel or Fairmont.

Favorite Hotel in Singapore”
I stay in this hotel since I was a kid. It's still our (me & my family) favorite hotel to stay in Singapore. Easy to check in and check out. Room was big and clean. Located in good area. Good service as always. Also love the fact that they renovated the rooms, that's why we feel comfortable to stay here for years.

Swissotel Stamford Singapore”
Excellent stay at the Stamford - check was very easy and personal. Once in our room we asked for a swap, as the view over the bay (Harbour View) wasnt the best. Reception quickly moved us next door although we did wonder why not allocate us that room in the first place - view from 6053 is amazing. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Rainfall shower was good but lacked power and temperature control was a bit fiddly. We made good use of the executive lounge on floor 65 - staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Plenty of choices of to drink and a good choice on buffet food at night. Breakfast works just as well and its great to have eggs cooked to order. The pool is shared with the Fairmont and is quite shallow so we only used it to cool off. I highly rate the hotel and would stay here again.

One of the best hotels in SG!”
Swissotel is probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in. They have extremely large rooms with complete amenities and an amazing view of the city. You can see the Marina Bay Sands and the whole city center from your balcony. Everything is comfy and clean and their breakfast is very delicious. The best thing is that they're within city center so you're just a couple of steps away from tourist attractions within the area. It's also above the City Hall MRT line so everything is accessible. My stay in Swissotel is probably one of the best experiences I had!

Stayed her for the F1 and it was the perfect location. The track was right opposite the hotel and everything else is so convenient. The hotel lobby is connected to a shopping mall and food centre. There is so much choice. City Hall MRT station is also just outside the hotel and it is a main station so it's easy to travel to other parts of the city.

excellent location above MRT and next to several bus stops. also also supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants in basement of the shopping mall adjacent to hotel. bed was too comfy as we slept in late every morning - best bed during the 6 weeks of holiday. buffet good but too large selection so overate on the one time we tried. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool

This is prime location right above City Hall MRT Interchange station & adjacent to Raffles City Shopping Mall. Within walking distance to Esplanade & Merlion Park. Despite long establishments, the hotel is well-furbished with cleanliness & good facilities & amenities. Varieties for breakfast choice. Needless to describe more as high service level is self-explanatory under Accors Brand Group.

Room is spacious!! Sofa, bed, bed sheet, quilt, toilet, bath tub, towers are all clean. Bed and pillow is so comfortable. Location is superb as city hall mrt is js downstairs! And raffles City shopping mall is js beside. Nice view!

Me-time with a view”
I had the best view facing the quay side of Singapore. Where I can see the sun set and the sun rise. I am a return guest therefore I must say Swissotel the Stamford upkeep their standards really well and makes me want to go back there again for another me-time.

The Swissotel Stamford is a great hotel and I will highly recommend this hotel . The Staff are very efficient , views are incredible , facilities are 5 stars. , rooms are of a good size for Singapore , Bed was very comfortable , cleaning staff were very efficient and professional…. I would say the best I have ever encountered and i never even seen or heard them in my 4 day stay.

We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room was clean and very well equipped. Only complaint is that there is no door to the shower cubicle. Not a deal breaker though. We were given a room with spectacular view! It was amazing during the day and even better in the night. Will definitely go back to stay there. Also, would be better if they provided complimentary parking

Room and view was awesome! The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows which is a plus! Staff was amazing! Price-point expensive but its Singapore. The only negative was the light situation, in the room, the light controls were inflexible as in, I could not read at night and my husband sleep because we could not turn off his side. But we loved our little trip and the hotel was perfect for our first time in Singapore.
