    “Per fect for a complete relax reset”

    This was a very comfortable place to just unwind. A little strange how empty it was. The restaurant was delicious and the pool & beach gorgeous. As a swimmer, I can report that the pool is adequate for short laps and the beach very swimmable at high tide (wade at low). I would recommend that the hotel consider more shade options near the pool in the afternoon. It would have been very nice to sit out there, but both there and balcony had no shade. The shade umbrellas in the pool only shade seating areas in the morning.

    “Exceptional”

    Great hotel with private beach. I've enjoyed a night at the hotel. Breakfast selections are moderate but great and full enough for me. The private beach is awesome, very clean and great for a walk. Nice sea view although the sea isn't suitable for swimming. I hope the hotel have some activities for engagement. The location is slightly far from the Bangsaen beach/city center. But transportation is very convenient.

    “Stay at Symphony”

    Excellent choice of local Thai breakfast dishes, good variety of Salads and fruits as well. Room was clean and quiet. Good view and beach was cleaned almost everyday. Long walk on the jetty in the evening was good and relaxing for anyone. Hotel facilities limited to swimming pool, but having proper walkway if you would like to take light jog or walk at anytime. Staff was helpful and keeping areas cleaned.

    “Worth the relaxation on holiday. 👍”

    We stayed on a weekday and were impressed with the welcome from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The male staff at the reception helped carry our bags and gave us parking advice. The front desk staff checked us in with a smiling face. Breakfast was delicious and as Muslims, the staff paid attention to recommend which menus we could eat. We liked the atmosphere and the hotel's location was peaceful and not crowded. Our room had a sea view, was clean and fragrant. We were very impressed with the shampoo and shower cream, which had a delightful herbal scent. We really got to relax completely. If I were to give a score, it would be 9.5/10, deducted because when booking through Agoda, we got a sea view room and had the option to choose a bed, so we chose a single bed. However, when we called to confirm with the hotel, the staff said our room was set up with twin beds (2 beds) and if we wanted a single bed, we would have to upgrade and pay an additional 1,000 baht. I'm not sure where the mistake occurred, but I think it shouldn’t be that expensive since it was a weekday. This is just the reason for the .5 deduction. 😎
