We have a small child and without an elevator it was difficult to bring the pram up and down to the top floor.

Clean, well furnished, comfortable, convenient location to old town, shopping, grocery and restaurants. Easy check in and access.
Things I don’t like
Note: While the arrangements worked for our extended family, many would not consider the two loft sleeping areas without doors as “bedrooms”.

Excellent location. Beautifully furnished. Responsive staff when we initially had difficulty with key.
Things I don’t like
Minor issues: main floor bath right off living area would benefit from a vent fan, clothes washer leaks when running, main floor shower seal at bottom of glass allows water to run out onto floor. Need more towels - one kitchen towel is not sufficient, no hand towels in baths.
