"Our previous visits to Nepal was less than satisfying so this time we hoped that we will get better hotel. Crowne Imperial exceeded all of my expectation with the very kind and nice service. Everyone is so helpful and kind and speaks English well too. The room is nice and clean. As things that can be improved is more facilities as well as the food in the restaurant. I can't speak for the local food but for the Western menus, it'd be great if it can be improved. Still enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend it to others and I'd stay here again in the future."

"We arrived on time but waited for two hours because the local agent of Agoda in Kathmandu didn't make the booking/reservation on Crown Plaza's site. Crown Plaza was saying that they cannot view our booking coz it was not appearing in their system. We waited and they served us with refreshment while waiting. The view outside the hotel is breathtaking. Plus the interiors of the hotel was great too."

The biggest problem was no receipt of accommodation details provided by hotel staff. It was told that they dont have any information regarding issuing receipt which is otherwise unthinkable. Even after retrieving booking details and providing all information no receipt on hotel letterhead was provided which is definitely problematic. "
