Great location near to a lot of nice eateries! An easy walk to •Op La Dong (Omelette Hotplate Baguette breakfast), •Bahn Mi Queen, & Bahn Mi Sum (2 delicious Bahn Mi joints in Hoi An) with delicious smoothies •Bill Coffee (Egg coffee, coconut coffee, creme brulee coffee, smoothies, fruit teas, cacao) •Pho The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast but with all these eateries just a few mins walk away, it’s a great way to immerse yourself in local culture as most of these eateries are affordable and has local clientele instead of overly touristic crowds. There’s a Korean convenience store around the corner where you could get drinks and snacks. The hotel itself is not posh or lux, but it’s a charming building on its own. The staff there in particular Kelly is helpful and polite. She speaks extremely good English and is quick witted and professional. If you need help on booking things, like transport etc, she’s definitely more than capable to assist you. I asked her about the post office opening hours and she was confident to reply me- shows she knows her city well. (I did not get confident replies from other people I asked) She’s the type of person who gives you reassurance instead of most hotel staff or receptionist who are vague or unsure about stuff and always need to check back and take forever. The rooms are charming in their own right, with kettle and in room tea and coffee. There are umbrellas and slippers, in room safe. Sufficient shower gel etc. They cleaned our room really quickly every day after we headed out for breakfast and came back shortly after. Nice fresh towels on the bed. The weather was cold around 22 degrees when we were there in Jan. The shower had very hot water in abundance which was solar powered. This was a massive life saver. I liked the rain shower a lot. Hotel location is than 10 mins walking distance to ancient town. The hotel's counter staffs are very very friendly and helpful, especially Ms Ly Na who went out of her way to buy us breakfast when she heard we were eating instant noodles for breakfast. Very impressed with her. The rest of the counter satff are aso good. But slight blip with the attitude of the cleaning staff who when asked why there is only 3 towels instead of 4 (for the "family room which can accommodate 4 people) rudely replied why do I need 4 towels when only two persons is staying. Luckily the counter staff is accepting my explanation of the missing towel when checking out. Overall this hotel is value for money but do note no free breakfast although advertised as "with free breakfast".

We love the hotel. It’s close to everything and very clean with good price. The pool is very nice for having small kids. If possible, stay in the 4th floor. It’s very nice with terrace

Clean hotel room with good location and very helpful staff”
I stayed for 1 night. I had arrived very early than the scheduled check-in time, Kelly did try her best to provide a room ASAP, which was a delight to me. The room was clean and tidy. In addition, the availability of the ceiling fan and the rain shower in bathroom was a delight. Kelly and her team were very helpful to my request for directions within Hoi An, as well as transport arrangement for my next day trip back to Danang city at a reasonable price. While I was waiting for the pick up from the local tour operator, one of the hotel staff did make an effort to help check with the driver, was I on the correct tour operator mini bus. Overall, I enjoyed the interaction with the friendly hotel staff, would recommend this hotel! Summary Location: Hoi An Night Market ( abt 20 mins walk) / madam khanh banh mi and starbucks ( abt 10 mins walk) Traveller’s note: I was allocated a room on the 1st floor, which was beside a common walkway. Therefore it was abit noisy, when follow guests were walking past the room. I would suggest getting rooms on the 2nd flr and abv.

My partner and I stayed here for 10 days a week ago. I stayed here 6 years ago as well when I first went to Vietnam. We loved it!! Staff were 10/10 could not fault one bit! Especially the lady working the front desk, she is truly amazing and we think she could get a raise because of how accommodating, lovely and professional she is! Rooms are lovely too. Highly recommend. Will stay here every time we return to Hoi An

Excellent location at the right price. All.of old town easy walk, and a mini mart right around the corner. Room was great and price can't be beaten. The staff were fantastic, especially Kelly. She was always bubbly and more than happy to help out with recommendations and organised tours and transfers for us at a great rate. Will be back later in the year and will stay here again for sure.
