It's my second time staying here, along with friends in two other rooms. I like the accommodation, it's very clean. It's quiet at night and close to a main road, behind Chiang Mai University. It's very easy to find food, especially near the Chang Phueak Sukiyaki restaurant. However, I would like to suggest improving the check-in and check-out process because I couldn't find any staff and had to call. It would be helpful to check with customers ahead of time regarding their arrival time and be prepared to receive them for a smoother registration process. I would also like to see better organization for motorcycle parking so it doesn't block the entrance and exit for guests. Overall, I am impressed and I like it here. I will probably stay here again next time.
