Worth it”

We were stranded in Phuket after Air Asia cancelled our return flights without giving other options to fly back home, due to Malaysian government directives on Covid-19 MRO. Booked the hotel on the same day we checked in. Staff was very helpful, even helped to arrange car rental for our extended stay. Room is very spacious, adequate facilities for the price we paid. Kids just enjoyed playing and swimming in the pool. Halal eateries and convenience store within walking distance. With free Airport shuttle, it us very convenient if you arrive late or need to fly early

If you’re looking for a place to stay near Phuket Airport, this is the place. They offer airport pick-up and drop off. It is only 5 mins away. The room we stayed at was by the pool on the first floor so it was basically like our private pool. The room was also very clean and had everything we need for a short stay. I would recommend this hotel to my friends in the future.

Nice choice for a short stay around airport”

Nice, clean budget hotel with spacious rooms near to the airport. We opted for it for one night stay as our flight was early next morning and we wanted our airport travel to minimum with our kids (6 and 1 year old). Rooms are clean and spacious with free airport transfer provided both ways. Don't expect too much in terms of service as staff is limited there and they don't entertain any refill request over the basics provided at check-in. Overall very good choice for your short stay.

Nice short stay”

Clean and spacious room, comfortable for one night stay. Free transport from and to the airport. Pool is small but 24 hour access. One thing needs to work on is to keep the room mosquito free, or at least provide repellant. We killed five mosquitos in 2 hours, and I had to cover myself under the duvet the whole night, as I am the type that attracts these blood suckers.

Sometimes you need to ask at the reception to clean your room. Maybe if you are in the room too long in the morning but otherwise fantastic service! They pick us on the airport, take us back. Great breakfast! Love it. Will come back!

Free airport pickup (called to confirm once I landed and they arrived about 10 minutes later). Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The room was super spacious and clean, and just what we needed after a long flight before heading onto our next destination!

Nice and clean, comfortable bed, good AC, reasonable shower (although it kinda powers the water pressure up then down). Just make sure to leave enough time in the morning to get to the airport because our booked transfer wasn't ready which led to some stress. But it's less than 10 mins away anyway, so it worked out OK. There a quite good (very) local restaurant next door. Thai language menu only tho'.

I had early check-out and checked several times do I need to book the ride to the airport beforehand and answer was unclear no (they don’t speak very good English). On the morning of my departure I woke reception guy up from the sofa and he was seriously pissed at me and rude. I never got that welcome drink that was said to be included in my room. Hotel was half empty but still I were putten into a room looking backyard and some sort of a dumpster. Which surprised me as I stayed for two nights (assume most only stay for 1) and saw all those empty rooms looking at the pool. Breakfast was ok’ish. Nothing special. Didn’t try hotel restaurant’s other foods. Hotel is not the most convenient if you wanna visit the beach. It’s only 1km away but evening time it is way too long walk in middle of no where! Then again main road next to hotel is rather busy going there without sidewalks of course. Pool is nice but only have limited tanning (but that beach is 1km away!).

Clean place very fresh. Clean poolside. Clean restaurant. Opening time in restaurant one can only guess as usual 1 person can about 2 words in English. 😁 Ok but por choices for breakfast Then the usual 1 coffee and one vater per 24 hours.
