Very friendly and helpful staff”
Pak Ketut was very friendly and helpful. I cant thank him enough for his help in renting the scooter and driver. The breakfast was adequate but coffee needs improvement Bed and villa is very clean but the toilet need brighter lighting. It was dim to create the romantic feeling but in the middle of the night when you need to go to the toilet, you need to see clearly. Internet is sufficient for Instagram and email but not for video conference meeting. I will come back

Great friendly staff”
As with many reviews , the staff here are really nice and helpful, always ready with a smile and polite. The compound itself is a little old and since the living and kitchen area are outdoors - you will get a lot of insects and geckos + including their poop on the floor. This can be settled by housekeeping. The facilities within the villa is good enough - working cold fridge, pool, large bathtub, comfortable bed. One thing to note however is that the shower is an outdoor shower - which is something that may not be feasible when you head to Bali during the rainy seasons. For some of our showers we're basically showering in rainwater haha. Overall still a good stay :)

Spacious and comfortable hotel with great service ”
This was my third time to visit this hotel. I love the relaxing atmosphere created by the hotel. Although the location is little bit far from city, the environment is silent enough for a relaxing holiday. Hospitality was dedicated to the customers by the working team there. As I needed money exchange service after my arrival, a young boy, DEWA, had done me a favour to take me to money exchange shop by motorbike. The hotel also specially arranged two breakfast boxes for my day trip at 7am (Actually the breakfast time start from 8am). I was highly appreciated for extra miles by Ketut and his team. I will definitely come again for the next trip to Bali.

Pics don't do justice...... it's much better than that....just go for it without a second thought...water conservation is in practice but limited to drinking water only...not for other usage...I'm in love with this villa...

Relaxed stay in Bali”
We visited Bali and decided to stay at Bidadari Villas and Spa in Seminyak; I should say that the actual location is Umalas II. It's an excellent option to stay in a private villa with pool. Bali is a very safe location for travelers looking for a holiday. Bidadari villas has given me, probably my best vacation stay ever and I would love to visit again. While the location is a little out of way from the airport and the road to the villa is dimly lit is places, it is not very difficult to find it. The staff was very courteous, polite and took very good care of us. The stay at the villas is extremely good value for money. The staff went the extra mile to help us which included driving us to the nearest ATM when we needed to withdraw cash. The hotel also provided taxis on hire for all day sightseeing and it was the most cost effective option; the drivers gave us ample time to move around and discover Bali, they were never in a hurry to clock the time and also doubled up as guides. They actually took us beyond the beaten track and we discovered Bali in our own way and in our own time. The villas are fully equipped with all facilities that one would find in a hotel. It is very neat and clean. The villas are really spacious and includes a living area and bedroom besides a private pool and sit out. It also provided services such as money exchange, spa, taxis services and meals. Breakfast and wi-fi was complimentary in our package. Wi-fi wasn't working well throughout the property and breakfast/meal options are limited. Overall a superb stay.

TRULY AMAZING!!”
My boyfriend and I stayed in Villa 17 for 6 nights and it was absolutely beautiful!!! We wouldn't bother staying anywhere else when we visit Bali again, this place won us over from the moment we stepped into our villa. We stayed in a one bedroom villa, it was extremely spacious with an amazing outdoor area, day bed, pool, undercover kitchen and dining area. The bed was huge, pillows were huge, bath towels were huge, the outdoor shower amazing. And the staff treated us like kings and went out of their way to make our stay perfect, especially Budi, whom my boyfriend I know is going to miss chatting to of a day. The Villas are tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but great markets, food and shopping in Seminyak are a short shuttle or taxi ride away. You could come here for your honeymoon, a romantic couples break, or even a family stay, we are going back here next year with our two children. I cannot speak highly enough about Bidadari, we loved everything about it and are missing it already.

Gorgeous, clean, modern villas 10min from Seminyak”
location: the villas are located in a semi-rural area, surrounded by plenty of ricefields and quintessential bali cows. there are a number of other villas in the area. the villas are reached via narrow country roads, about a 10-15min drive north of seminyak. rooms: clean, modern, well-equipped rooms with nice design (not over the top/too complicated). large, comfortable beds with mosquito nets providing full cover. large open-air bathroom - no roof over shower area, and free-flow (ie no internal wall) through to sink and bath. spacious roofed but open-walled living room area outside bedroom. stove and some kitchen/cooking equipment provided. lovely private pool and well-kept small garden surrounding it. transport: we appreciated the free airport pickup - it made our trip to bidadari villas easier than it would have been otherwise. free shuttle drop-off is provided to the main tourist areas of seminyak and kuta - call reception at least 1/2-hr in advance to let them know if you want to use this facility. if the hotel is busy and there are other guests using the shuttle and departing at the same time, you will share the transport with them. if you are the last to be dropped off, this may add extra time to your journey (detouring via traffic-filled narrow streets of inner seminyak added 30min to our journey when we were going to kuta to meet friends for dinner). the villas were not well known to taxi drivers - so the address cards provided by reception, with small map on the back, were useful to show taxi drivers how to get there. one night when we came home in the dark, our taxi driver took about 20min to find the place - either too stubborn to ask for directions or was trying to rip us off. if your taxi driver does not seem to know the way, don't just wait for him to find it - suggest he call the villa (ph number provided on card) and ask for directions.

Lovely Private Villa with your own Pool, Kitchen”
This is a very private and secluded place in the area of Umalas in Kerobokan, a district north of Seminyak. It takes approx 10 minutes by car to Jl Raya Seminyak which is the main road to eat and shop. The Bidadari Villas is very secluded, so if you are looking for total privacy this is the place to be. Do not book this hotel expecting it to be right smack in the middle of things because it is not. We wanted a quiet retreat so we were pleased. It was what we hoped for, and it was affordable, spacious and clean while combining luxury as well. It is not high end luxury, but it is luxury all the same to have a private villa, with your own pool, a fully equipt kitchen, outdoor shower, big bath tub, seperate WC, twin couple sinks, a closet, bathrobes, extra pillows, a safe, hairdyer and all other small amennities including drinking water. Restaurant menu is sufficient but limited and we did not try the spa so can't comment on that. Breakfast was alright, but for long stays you will find the menu unchanging - this is pretty standard for most hotels though. Staff are excellent, friendly and very acommodating. Responds quickly to requests. Free wifi at the restaurant and lobby. Wake up to the sounds of birds chirping, cows moo-ing and dogs barking far away. It is set in a quaint village amongst rice paddy fields. Ideal for a quiet honeymoon or time with the family. Not ideal for party people. Hotel provides free pick up from airport and free shuttle to Seminyak, Legian and Kuta. You only have to take a taxi back. We were given a free shuttle to the airport when checking out too.

Luxury and space ”
The Biggest strength of this place according to me was the space ... The villas are huge with private pool nicely maintained and a huge open to air shower area... Privacy is of no concern here as the villas are like really private private .... About the location of this property , well it's not bang on seminiyak beach road but hardly a 10min ride from the heart of happenings ... So in a way it was good for us as we stayed away from kuta Meyhem and also in it ... Staff is rally courteous this i guess is all across Bali ... Lovely people with greater smiles ... Only think I would request these guys is to improve of breakfast spread and service , mind you they do not have a buffet BF , you need to fill a form on arrivals for same ... But except this Bidadari is hundred percent value for money and worth staying they are super kool:)

If i have to describe in one word our experience, than that word will be "PERFECT". We had an incredible experience, starting with accomodation (we had a 2 bedroom villa), the staff ( very polite, helpfull and so discreet), the spa (what an experience!), the food (hmmm, we took some more weight), the service. I will recommend Bidadari Villas to all my friends and for sure I will come back very soon.

This was the second time at Bidadari. Our Villa(No4) was a two bedroom but thed top floor was locked, thus becoming one bedroom. Overall we loved the luxurious villa, staff service, cleanliness and peaceful, private relaxation. Top marks. Small drawbacks were the lack of a kettle ( we had to boil water in a pan), slippery tiles (be very very careful) and in this villa we had a noisy hot water system... however the bathroom area was well insulated from the main area so we could only hear it in there. These were only minor issues and would certainly not stop me going again to Bidadari.

best...villa....ever!”
This was my first Villa experience in Bali and it was remarkable! Everything we experienced here was amazing! The Staff are incredibly helpful, the location is great (a little away from Seminyak, but taxi's and the free shuttle are worth it), the Villa was beautiful! Highly recommend staying here, especially for the price! The only downfall I would say is if you want to do an excursion then I would go with an outside company. We did two, a half day trip booked with the Villa, and then a full day booked with an outside driver from a tour company. The Villa's trip was a little more expensive than other companies and the driver was friendly but seemed unsure of where to go and what to see.
