Definitely gonna stay at the same place when we’re at Phuket again”
The rooms were recently renovated, it’s very big and comfortable! The front desk staff were amazing! They helped me to arrange the room for the celebration of my girlfriend’s birthday. Across the road of the hotel is straight away the beach. The hotel is located at a much quieter part of the Patong Beach so if you are looking for a quieter place to enjoy the beach, this would be the right place to stay at! At night, the place is quiet enough for us to sleep through. Right at the hotel, there is also a 7-11, which is quite big also. The jacuzzi tub is big enough for 2 person. Special mention to Daniel for the hospitality for my whole trip. Thank you once again! Will return to stay again when we visit Phuket again!

From the point you step into the boundary of the hotel,you will be met with excellent service. Security, reception staffs, housekeeper, breakfast staffs, all of them. Great access to the beach, breakfast menu will have different varieties on different days. Located away from the noise of the main nightlife area, albeit being on the side of the road connected to more upscale resorts with traffic noise. Rooms are always clean and neat.

This is our 6th stay at the bliss our home away from Homm I can’t fault it can only say it’s the best place to stay in Patong Staff are very helpful every time breakfast is great location has everything around the corner and out the front beach views are amazing sunsets are beautiful It’s the only place in Patong that I have found that had their own pool rooms at amazing prices. Highly recommended and will stay there every time we visit Phuket. The staff was amazing I didn't see ever service like this feel more comfortable than home even I was in sandbox the took care for me like a VIP specially the lovely manger everyone very friendly and kindness! That's was my best experience in Phuket food is very good have cheap restaurant with hotels chefs and good music chilling vibes very cheap prices compared to other places around. By the way even when I need coffee without lactose so the staff go to buy for me and back 2 minutes with all kinds of choices, even Cut and serve my veggies and fruit I bought from the market and serve it to my room free of charge!! By the way 7/11 shop is just under the hotel connected door by swimming pool side. I do a lot of international traveling. I have stayed in many different hotels. Homm Bliss in Phuket is one of my all time favorites. The staff is friendly and professional. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The food and restaurant are wonderful. The hotel is very close to the beach. Needless to say, I highly recommend this hotel. The front desk staff are the greatest - especially Pae Pae!

Friendly & helpful staff. Nice location at nearly end of the beach, peaceful area with 24-hr-convenience store next door. Room is clean and cozy with nice beach view. Only the room is not soundproof but not too noisy. Hotels servers continental breakfast and Thai style breakfast as well. Overall is great and yes, recommeneded hotel.

Revisit our favorite hotel ”
Finally after 2 years of restrictions, we are very excited to visit one of our favorite hotel. We booked a sea view jacuzzi suit and was given a level 3 room, it will be better if the room is located at level 4 so the sea view would be block by the trees, but nonetheless the stay was greatly enjoyed. The jacuzzi was huge and functioning well, we love to soak inside whole day without doing much just to relax, the only downside is the water heater was unstable hence the temperature of the sprinklers tends to change from normal to freezing cold then to boiling hot. So have to be careful abit when you take a shower. The furniture looks abit old but still ok, only only bathroom sliding door have issue, it kept on falling off and we have to repair ourself. Reflected it to the receptionist Daniel, he was very friendly and helpful, he told us the hotel is going under renovation soon for the suits and welcome us back by the end of the year. Location is convenient, you can walk to all the happening near patong but at night it is still peaceful. There is a newly opened convenient store 7-11 right beside the hotel which was great! Unlike the old one which is smaller, this one was big and have more variety on food and drinks, it really saved you when at night you want to grab a fast meal or drink. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and it won’t be the last. Will definitely visit again when the suits are renovated:)

The Best 'Beachfront' Hotel/Resort with amazing staffs”
Don't wait. If you're at this page, you should book a room. The room that I got came with a pantry, living room with L shape sofa you can sleep on, a bedroom, a balcony and a bathroom with build in jacuzzi, YES! a Jacuzzi not a bathtub. The staffs there were so helpful be it day shift or night shift, reception to breakfast staffs. OH and they even allowed to extend my checkout timing by an hour due to my late departing flight home AND they even provide me with a shower room to freshen up right before I move off to the airport! It's amazing, sad I didn't chance upon this resort earlier, I would have booked my entire trip here. Fret not, I'll be back in DECEMBER!

The staff here are tremendous. Evidently an exhausting job and difficult time post-pandemic, but service was sincere and personalised. We feel very fortunate to have found this place. Well-located at the quieter end of a busy area of Phuket, so can work for any traveller. Delicious breakfast and dinner menu. Chef was very flexible. Will be recommending this to many! I booked a pool suite as I didn't want to just sit watching tv while waiting for my pcr test result.I enjoyed my stay.The staff were very helpful and knowledgable. The room is nice if a little dated. I enjoyed my breakfast and all of the food I ordered while here. Bed is a little hard but they provide mattress topper on request if you need it.........I don't. I would definitely stay again.
