I stayed for two nights on a weekday in June. The location is in the center of Ishigaki Island's downtown, making it very convenient. (The island terminal is also very close.) Perhaps because it is a relatively new building, the room was very clean, and I think female guests would feel secure. The bathroom also had a strong sense of cleanliness. However, as noted in other reviews, the soundproofing of the walls and entrance door is quite weak, so those who might be sensitive to that could find it bothersome. During the morning cleaning, the vacuum cleaner sounds can be heard as if it's coming from the next room in a regular household, and you can easily hear the voices of other guests passing through the hallway. If you happened to be on the same floor as noisy group guests or foreign tourists, you might just have to resign yourself to bad luck (laughs). On the second night, I heard young guests making loud noises for about ten minutes. Since this is a nice and convenient hotel, I wish they had invested a bit more in soundproofing during construction. Also, there's only one elevator with no stairs, so you end up waiting quite a bit during your movements. As for breakfast, which is featured in the hotel name, I think it's quite good. However, I felt it might cater more towards women. There is a wide variety of vegetables, but the main dishes seem to have fewer options. The photos taken with various salads might look great on Instagram. It's good to have a free morning smoothie even without breakfast included. I didn’t use it this time, but there are washing machines, so it might be convenient for longer stays. Due to the location being right in the downtown area, parking space is very limited; if it’s full, you have to search for a paid parking lot yourself, so there's a significant risk of not being able to park. If you're planning to rent a car at the airport and intend to park it during your stay, you might get caught with a full parking situation? (Using buses or taxis, or renting a car for half a day in the downtown area might be better options to avoid parking at the hotel.) For my needs, the affordable price and cleanliness were plus points. I think it’s common to see foreign guests who seem to be on a tighter budget since it’s relatively inexpensive. If the opportunity arises, I’d like to try staying at other hotels in the same chain nearby.
