Create an experience for me that is suitable for staying here. There is breakfast every morning, although the menu is not too special. Maybe the next menu could be changed daily and not the same all the time. There is a free airport pick-up to the hotel and vice versa, which is great. There is a free city tour, although it does not cover all tourist attractions, but it's enough. With a very friendly and kind tour driver. I like the room with the large window. However, one must be careful when opening the window because there is still a possibility of monkeys coming in (there is a warning sign). The room can be cleaned every day, and the mineral water is refilled, and you get new towels daily. In the room, there is an ironing board, iron, and hairdryer available for free use. There is a small fridge to store drinks or food. There is free coffee and tea that you can make yourself because cups are also provided. The room phone works very well. The TV is okay, but since the main support is the wifi signal, sometimes the TV is on and sometimes it takes a long time to load. The wifi also fluctuates at night. But it's still okay. The bathroom is quite spacious, you can even dance in it, hahaha. All flushes in the toilet work well. However, there should be usage instructions for the sink and shower, as it can be confusing at first for those who are not used to the setup there. It's confusing to determine which is hot and which is cold. In the bathroom, soap and shampoo are provided daily, along with a shower cap. However, for rooms that accommodate 2 people, it would be better if these items were provided for two people as well, not just the standard for 1 person. For those with personal cars, the parking space is quite ample. This is usually used by locals or people from Malaysia traveling by land. The night staff is very helpful and usually male. The morning staff is usually female but can sometimes be a bit confusing when dealing with customers. Many kitchen staff and servers are Indonesians from Java. It's nice to communicate among fellow Indonesians. The nice thing about this hotel is its city center location, making it close to everywhere accessible by dart. For me, this hotel rates 4/5.
