It is located right by the D exit of Yau Ma Tei Station. It is close to Nathan Road and there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby, so it is very convenient. When we checked in, it was raining heavily and the roads around the exit were flooded. In addition, we couldn't use our mobile phones, so it took us some time to get to the hotel and we got completely soaked. However, even though we arrived after midnight, they welcomed us kindly. We used a twin room, which was spacious, well-equipped, and clean, at the level of a Japanese business hotel. There was no indoor wear provided. Although there were two of us, we only received one free bottle of water for some reason. They kindly answered our poor English questions.

We stayed on the 17th floor, room 1706, in the new renovated room. The carpet was very clean and still had a new smell. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious with a window. The bathroom was separated into wet and dry zones. The fridge was provided but not very cold. The breakfast was okay. The hotel is located near the Yau Ma Tei MTR station and there is a 7-11 in front of the hotel. It is also convenient to walk to Mong Kok. There is a Gong Cha shop nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and I would recommend this hotel.

I have been using this hotel for many years but seems there are some changes in this hotel. 1. I arrived about 9.30pm and was tired and looking for food. Asked staff during check-in if there is any room service at that hour. He replied not sure and asked me to check with the restaurant myself. 2. the hotel used to provide bottled drinks. Now they provide a bottle and you have to bring that bottle to the lobby to get your drinking water. Seems to be saving their $ while saving the earth. There is only 1 machine near the concierge and another at the other end of the hotel. They used to also have a bag in the room for laundry and a reusable bag for shopping. both are no longer there also. Looks like they are trying to keep the rooms affordable in any way. 3. I realised that my room access cards were missing together with the sleeve that is used to keep the cards when I returned in the evening and informed the staff that I lost it and they should disable the cards as the sleeve had the room number and all. The staff gave me a new card and when I returned to the room, I found the cards. one was still on the room switch (whatever you call it) and the other on the table. Tested them and tested and they were still active. All cards continue to be active the next 2 days before I checked-out. 4. shower soap dispenser barely usable. Guess no one reported and just continue to pump harder and more to get the soap out. Used to have friendlier and more helpful staff that make you feel welcomed, greeting with a smile and cheerful - from room service, front desk, concierge - mostly all i encountered previously were better. Location and cleanliness is still the reason I may still use them.

The location was amazing! 1min walk from the nearest MTR station (Yau Ma Tei) and 5-7mins walk to the MongKok night market. There is 7/11 right outside the hotel and rows of convenience store and restaurants nearby. Hotel is accessible for any means of transpo and for easy access for food. The hotel staff were very accommodating and the room was adequate. Although it could get a bit more cleaner. There were no water bottles and toilet amenities provided given the new government policy which is understandable; however, they provide refillable water bottle and water refilling station at the lobby, so I find it fair enough. The elevator feels a bit old but it does its job so I guess it’s okay. They have vendo machine right next to the elevator.
