We've stayed here multiple times before and recently (after covid). The one bedroom suite is very spacious for 2 adults and 1 child. The suite is clean and the staffs are very friendly, efficient and considerate. I was 6m pregnant and with my 3yo and arrived at the hotel around 10ish am after an 8 hours flight, without asking the reception allow us to check in straight away. The Concierge is always smiley and greeting us on the way in and out of the hotel. Location wise is perfect for us, we can access all sort of cuisines within the gardens and mid valley megamall, we can even find breakfast in the mall at 8am. It's also very convenient to go to KL or PJ or even Subang. Overall it suits our needs and we only have good things to say about the gardens residences.

The connectivity to these malls is definitely a plus for anyone looking to explore or shop without the hassle of transportation. The breakfast provided was standard—nothing too fancy, but sufficient to start the day. The selection was decent, though it could be improved with a few more options for variety. One aspect that stood out was the staff. They were consistently nice and helpful throughout my stay, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. However, one suggestion for improvement would be the toiletries. The hotel currently provides very small bottles of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, which felt a bit outdated compared to newer hotels that offer larger, more practical sizes. It would be great if they could upgrade this to enhance guest comfort. Overall, St. Giles Garden Hotel is a good choice for those looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Kuala Lumpur, with just a few areas for improvement.

I particularly liked this Gardens St. Giles Hotel, especially their locations, was very convenient for immediate foods and shops because they just beside the Mid Valley and Garden two big shopping complex. This was my countless times of my stay on this hotel. Their Deluxe room was very spacious, with a additional resting sofa, and private toilet and shower area. Was really a comfortable stay. This trip was with my elderly mum, which not so capable of walking far and long hours, so I email them to request for wheel chair, just 1 day before the trip, there are very proactive responses in 30min, and all request is granted and prepared. What a great friendly service. Overall, The Garden St Giles Hotel was one of my top selection when I want to stay around Bangsar PJ area. Although their car park is share between the shopping mall and chargeable by RM 5 per day. And not easy to find the location. But nevertheless, it was still a great hotel and worth it for family and couple stay. Highly recommended.

The parking is shared with the shopping mall parking. If you stayed at the hotel, you will get a flat rate of rm5 per day. From the parking, you go to grpund floor of the shopping mall to find the hotel lobby. The room is ok.. i got the deluxe king. Did not watched the TV so can't comment on that. Dia not took breakfast with the room but the event catering from hotel was delightful and delicious. Muslim friendly rating: 3/5 ✅ Tandas duduk pakai water hose instead of bidet ❌ Ada provide Sejadah / Praying Mat and / or Al Quran ✅ Kiblat direction jelas kat atas ceiling, not dalam closet or dalam laci kena buat treasure hunt nk cari ❌ Ada tunjuk / bagi waktu solat dlm bilik ✅ Ada effort untuk pelihara alam sekitar or 3R etc I like the door holder and lock.. meaning when you opened the door fully until it reach the stopper.. the stopper will hold the door for you. Yes.. i wish every hotel have this.. it's a small matter but it helps. The swimming pool is ok.. 1.2m depth for the adult pool. I went there at 4.30 pm and nobody was on sight.. the towels etc is there, you can get it on your own, no problem but the sign said there should be a safety watcher.. 🤷 The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Keep it up. The device to key in your car plate number for the rm5 flat rate is good.. and i think all hotel should have this if applicable. #thegardenshotel

I recently stayed at The Gardens for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was such a pleasant experience. The location was super convenient, being right next to shopping malls, which made it easy to grab meals and do some light shopping without even leaving the area. My room was spacious, with a great view of the city, and I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and modern decor. The bed was comfortable, and after a long day of exploring Kuala Lumpur, it felt amazing to come back to such a cozy room. The staff were friendly, too. They were always ready to help with recommendations or just a quick chat. If you're looking for somewhere centrally located with a touch of luxury, this is it!
