Kind and helpful staff. Clean rooms. It might be a little old for some peoples taste, but it suited me perfectly as the room was spacious and the nearby facilities for food and medical were excellent.

I like this hotel. Strategic location near to St. Louis BTS Station. The room is spacious and my favourite part is the balcony where I get to see the neighbourhood. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. I definitely will stay at this hotel again for my next visit to Bangkok.

The Heritage hotel is in a perfect location close to the Surasak BTS metro station and not too far from the river and Lumphini Park is close by too. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They spoke good English. The only letdown in my opinion is that in my room, there was a closed door that led to the next room and I was able to here every conversation of the occupants who stayed in that room, especially their children. Other than that, the balcony view was brilliant.

Clean hotel, a tad old fashioned, but good value for Bangkok, and for this large room, with kitchenette, fridge, AC. People who have complained about the location probably haven’t done their homework...it is a very short (10 min perhaps) walk from Surasak MRT, just behind the Louis Hospital....location depends on where you want to be! Reception staff pleasant and helpful: people who have complained about lack of help for getting a taxi perhaps misunderstood that there are less taxis just outside the hotel, due to the one way system, and far more around the corner on the main road.

Big room, room function is good but light isn't work especially toilet. Smell from draining pipe. Btw, this hotel is good for rest, really quiet. A few parking.

Honestly given the current Covid situation every hotel is looking to save so I wasn't surprised with the lack of extras. I was probably the only guest. I would stay here again. I look forward to better times for all.

The best thing about this hotel is the front desk staff Door key cards do not work throughout meaning the staff have to open every door The WiFi didn't work for the first day Beds awful No cleaning service, came with water and I emptied my own bins Management do not seem bothered its in meltdown

Hotel was ok, very old and dated and the shower facility was poor, couldn’t get the right temperature. Shower was more like a wet room. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was a nice touch. 10 min walk from BTS

Intend to book the Sathorn branch, near Chongnonsee BTS station. The info in this app make me misunderstanding. Anyway this hotel is near Saint Louis BTS station that is good location. Room size is ok but the decorations and facilities is a bit old and malfunction. Room light is not enough.

All the rooms were occupied upon arrival and I was moved. ”
I just needed the place where it was located very near st.louis hospital. But I was informed to stay a night in the other building which was quite father. (H residence) It was pretty dissapointed but I had no choice. I had to walk more in the morning:( The staff was not so helpful and there was no warning sign for the steep parking.(the Heritage) I hit the the car with a high slope. But that was my fault anyway. **Anyway I would like to say to make sure if you book THIS place you should get the right building and right type of the room!! Not that they put you to anyplace just like me. **** Both places are safe and the soi is walkable. Enjoy your stay.
