Our Best Family Vacation”
For our family vacation we stayed at the Mabuhay Manor. We stayed there for 5 days. Our stay at Mabuhay Manor was wonderful. The hotel was very comfortable it wasn't a luxury hotel or a really fancy hotel but, it was comfortable enough to make us feel at home. The staff at Mabuhay Manor greated us every time they saw us, it could be early in the morning heading to breakfast or late at night when we were coming in from a night out shopping. They all were very friendly and welcoming. The staff was always willing to accommodate us in any thing we needed. This is actually the second time that my family and I have stayed in Mabuhay Manor. Our first experience was as wonderful as our second, that is why we decided to reserve our 5 day trip stay there. Breakfast is included for the 5 days that we stayed there for all 4 of us. The food was great, it provided us with the taste of the Philippines and a little taste of home. Dinner at Sutukil was wonderful also. All the different type of sea food you can imagine. The taste was something to remember. We had asked for a specific way to cook some of the food and they cooked it exactly how we wanted it. The massage service were there in the hotel. We did not have to go any where to get a really good and relaxing massage. They were available for us when we needed them and they did a wonderful job. There is also a dental office in the hotel. It saves us the time to travel to Makati to get our dental work done, and it was affordable. They dentist was willing to wait for us to come home from shopping to do our dental work. She was even nice enough to check our teeth before we left home, to make sure that every thing was still good. Also, the shuttle services were excellent! They were willing to take us where ever we need to go. Far or near they were there. Pick up was also on time and spacious for us to fit all the things we had bought that day. Conveneint location, Clean with Good Service”
The Mabuhay Manor Hotel is our favorite Manila traveling motel. I live about 5 hours from Manila and travel frequently so before and after leaving the PI we will stay at Mabuhay Manor Hoteler to relax before and after our flight. We can take the shutle to the Mall of Asia and eat and get last minute gifts. There is wifi that allows us to make our last comunications prior to leaving and returning. The motel is clean and the service is great. the breakfast buffet is good but could use some more western variety. They have an on site spa and will do room massagess to relax before and after your flight at a very reasonable price. The Mabuhay Manor Hotel is a good and very reasonable cost for Manila.

We've been to different 3-5 star hotels in Manila, but I would say that Mabuhay Manor Hotel is the best... the money you've spent is more than worth it. We only have difficulty in locating it, because Agoda's Hotel Voucher says Manila, so we have to go all the way to Manila... only to find out that it is in Pasay City, Metro Manila. They have a shuttle bus going in and out of the Airport at a reasonable price. The breakfast menu is great. And the Staffs are all friendly and very helpful. We recommend Mabuhay Manor to all.

Unforgettable Manila visit..”
As I've mentioned in the Pros section above, we really loved and enjoyed everyday we were at the Mabuhay Manor Hotel. The location is perfect- convenient for shopping and dining. I myself even walked just behind the hotel, and found some great buys from vendors along Baclaran. I liked it. It was fun..I found many good, reasonably priced stuff-from tshirts to slippers and Christ- mas decors. The hotel staff as a whole-they are all great/wonderful people-very kind, accommoda- ting and very respectful. They have every answer to our questions. The food they served at the buffet breakfast were all delicious-those are the foods we've missed here..Even my son, who really isn't into Filipino foods, enjoyed it, so it was really good. Each day they had something special-and it was. We don't regret choosing Mabu- hay Manor Hotel and we will stay there whenever we visit Manila and I could recommend it to my many friends as well. Mabuhay Manor Hotel is located in the heart of one of the most notorious place in Metro Manila. However, as a christian like, it's one of the best location for a Christian community. When I first saw the outside of the hotel arriving for the first time in that area, I noticed so many bars and clubs as well as wholeseller stores. I am so blessed to be in this place because i know that there is a purpose for these hotel to be established in that area. I'm thrilled and excited becuase when i check in, the first thing i saw is a worship hall. Right there and then, I know that I came on the right place for my safe stay. God's blessings are suddenly felt and I would never have a second thought of coming back to that place again. In fact, I will make my advance reservation to Mabuhay Manor as soon as I find out my upcoming trip back to Manila. Highly recommended to my fellow christians and even if they are, you will be treated with blessings and safe environment.

A GOOD PLACE TO STAY NEAR MANILA AIRPORT”
I have to say that the service and conditions at the Mabuhay Manor Hotel Manila were as they said they would be. The staff at the front were very welcoming,courteous and friendly recording each vehicle that came and went so if there was a problem later then they could be checked. The reception staff were without a doubt very professional and helpful as good as, if not better than, some of the 5 star hotels I have stayed at. The room was spacious and exactly as the picture showed. It was neat, clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. The floors were wooden and no blemishes could be seen. The room was very quiet and had window shutters that did block out the light and had an average view. The food that was there at breakfast time could be considered better than I have experienced at 5 star hotels in Manila. The food catered well for the western tastes although catered well for Filipinos. would I stay there again? I would stay there in an instant. And they do have a shuttle service to the airport and depending on booking methods as to weather there is a free service or 250php fee. 250php is is little on the expensive side being delivered to the airport, however it is good value if you are being picked from the airport terminal.

Mabuhay Manor...whats not to like? nice hotel that caters to your needs, ok whats not to like is the room service food...cooked in advance and re-heated so its dry overcooked and not pleasant...HOWEVER this hotel has a EXELLENT Free breakfast buffet, and the food at the lounge is good and they have a poolside seafood grill called SUTUKIL that is EXELLENT in every way, from freshness to selection to preperation and presentation, this poolside dinner experience is what keeps me and my fiancee comming back to Mabuhay Manor...just dont order food from room service and you will not be disapointed. As for the rooms thay are clean and cleaned daily,free newspaper, WiFi in the rooms, HOT and cold water in the shower,if your new to manila this is a blessing. Some people say the location is not good or they are afraid to go outside at night...well this is manila! the hotel is not down a ally, its a typical manila street,I walked alone down the street and around the corner to get kenny Rogers roaster chicken after dark...no one stole my wallet or my chicken...just smile at people give a nod, you are among some of the happiest and friendliest people in the world, anyway Mabuhay manor is now my favorite place to stay in metro manila, Mall of Asia is about 5 minutes away by taxi, my fiancee and I liked to stroll down the baywalk behind mall of asia(great place for couples) get some snacks and head back to MabuhayManor for SUTUKIL...DO nOT miss this! I will stay here again and again

The Mabuhay Manor, Manila”
My girlfriend and I stayed at the Mabuhay Manor for 1 night, as we were flying from Coron to Bohol via Manila. I was reccomended this particular hotel by a friend, as it is close to the airport and the Mall of Asia. I thought the hotel was excellent value for money and it was only a ten minute cab ride to the Mall of Asia and 15-20 minute cab ride to the Airport. The staff were very friendly and efficient and made you feel welcome. The complimentary breakfast was great value for money, with a wide variety of hot and cold food and drinks to choose from. The dining hall also opened at 6am, which was great for our early morning departure. The room was big and clean with cable TV and a big spacious bathroom and shower. The hotel also has a gymnasium, swimming pool and prayer room. We didn't have time to sample the swimming pool or gymnasium though. I would definitely reccommend this hotel to anyone who has a short stay in Manila and needs to be in close proximity to the airport.

i always enjoy my stay at the mabuhay manor because of the excellent customer service and genuine friendliness of the staff, especially on the front desk. food at the mabuhay manor is of the best quality, much better in most cases than hotels of a higher star rating. the mabuhay manor hotel is tucked away in a quiet street just off the bust roxas blvd, so access to shopping near and far is easy using roxas as an artery which runs the length of manila bay. love the hotel so much i have stayed there more than 20 times in the last 2 years.

I spent a month in the Philippines visiting my wife in Nueva Ecija province. I needed a place to stay near the airport at a reasonable price and decided to try Mabuhay Manor based on other reviews. I have stayed at 5 different hotels in Manila and now I have a favorite. I don't think I will ever stay at a different place. For my purposes this place is a great value. The room was huge and would have easily slept 6. Two large philippine style beds and a convertable sofa. The bathroom was clean and all ammenities were more than adequate. Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet was included and the food was excellent. This place was occupied by a lot of families which made it feel more homey.

I can choose the best, the nearest and convenient for all. We plan to bring our kids next time we visit to the Mabuhay Manor Hotel because, it is also nice for family vacation and business transaction. It is convenient to stay here for those people who would like to relax for a day before going home, just like us it is near in PAL/Ninoy Aquino's Airport which we need to transport because we came from negros, so I'm glad to have Mabuhay Manor Hotels and agoda.com too.

Mabuhay Manor , , , A Welcome Surprise”
We booked before leaving for a week stay in Canada. From what we saw in the webpage and considering the rate were not expecting much. We needed a place to stay for a night only. We arrived early evening and be leaving early the following day. It was a nice surprise though to see the place. Though it was smaller than the previous hotels we have stayed in, Mabuhay Manor was clean and had respectful and accommodating staff. Our room, although not carpeted or having the usual ammenities - was comfortable enough and had the basic TV and hot/cold shower. The most important was that the room looked and felt clean. Wi-fi was also available. The following day, we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. After a week long travel away from home, the local dishes were truly welcome. We were also happy to hear Christian music being played, which gave us more assurance that it is a safe place to stay. We will truly consider again Mabuhay Manor in our future travel in Manila.

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff.”
we had a pleasant stay at mabuhay manor. we took a taxi from the bus stop on edsa, it took 5 minutes to get to the hotel. we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. it has a large lobby area and a dining room right there. found the rooms quite clean, the washroom was also very clean. we found the restaurant at the lobby served very delicious food. the price of the room included free breakfast buffet for two, a value of 500 pesos. there was a lot of different food, local filipino dishes and western style. the omelette we had cooked fresh was the finest, it was moist and tender. we had a pleasant sleep and we took the airport shuttle for a decent price at 250 pesos. we definitely will be staying there again next time we go to manila.

Superb Service”
Despite what I saw at the pool, I have no complaints if the pool and the personnel tending pool itself. What I love the most was their breakfast buffet every morning. The food was excellent and each day was different. The staff was again very respectful, pleasant and attended to all our dining needs. We always look forward to waking up in the morning before we head to where we need to go for the day because we knew we'll have a sumptuous breakfast that starts our day. Also any information that we need to ask from the hotel staff is always answered and they were they'd even go an extra mile to assist us in wherever and whatever we need to know and do. We were so satisfied with our stay at Mabuhay Manor that we decided to stay there again next week for 8 days after our Boracay vacation. I definitely would recommend Mabuhay Manor to all my friends who will be vacationing to the Philippines in the future. As a matter of fact come January 2010 my nephew from Indiana is visiting the Philippines and will be staying here due to my recommendation.

MABUHAY TO MABUHAY MANOR HOTEL”
Location of Mabuhay Manor hotel which is near NINO AQUINO Airport is a PLUS. Just 15-30 Minutes drive depending on traffic and time of day. Excellent Breakfast buffet with multiple Filipino dishes, desserts, different egg dish ie omelets, and fresh fruits. Hotel is also located near Mall of Asia, just 10-15 minutes drive. Complimentary bottle water and newspaper provided. Excellent house keeping service. Staff very friendly and nice. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this Hotel to anyone. We plan to return to Mabuhay Manor Hotel in our future travel to the Philippines.

My partner and I had a great time here. The hotel is a little bit spread out because of its originbal design but everything works. The pool area is great and being able to dine next to it at night is very romantic. The service as with most Philippino hotels is very good and it was great to have fast (we found) wi fi in yout bedroom. The SM Mall of Asia is a few pesos away and we took many succcessful taxi rides. I particularly liked the care the tourist when every taxi ride was recorded by the Hotel security. I had a Philippino girlfriend and I let her handle everything this is the best way to have a relaxing holiday unless you are fluent in 'tagalog'. We are spending 14 nights at the Legend (sister hotel) on Palowan and we have decided to return for the last five nights to the Mabuhay Manor Hotel.

The rooms are large and spacious, and the Price of the hotel room Through Agoda are amazing and excellent value. We really enjoyed our stay at the Mabuhay Manor Hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was very impressive and everyone was very attentive and friendly. The shuttle to the Mall of Asia was only 20 pesos, about 40 cents US dollars, and was a great deal. The massage therapy offered through the hotel turned out to be a great deal. We thoroughly enjoyed the free breakfast buffet. It was well stocked and the food was good and also hot. We would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers especially with a family.

I enjoyed my stay at the Mabuhay Manor Hotel. I was impressed at the size of the hotel rooms. I was happy they served a variety of foods for breakfast. I loved the way they make an effort to serve food that balikbayans always crave for from home. I wish, though that their front desk staff would be friendlier and more accommodating. On the night of my stay, I wanted to print something from my email and was surprised to find out that the business center did not have any printer. I hope management would look into this. We had to drive in the middle of the night to search for an internet cafe that offers printing services. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely use this hotel again.

having stayed in several other hotels in the airport vicinity which have been disappointing, i was completely surprised by the high standard found at the mabuhay manor. the staff courtesy and friendliness were of the highest standard, from being met by the security guard at the door, who smiled and greeted us with so much courtesy right through to the reception, the porter and all other staff. on arrival in my room i was again surprised by its large size, and the amenities. nice beds, lots of space so you are not bumping into each other all the time, nice clean spacious bathroom and shower. nice quiet air-conditioner. we tried the restaurant in the lobby and had our food delivered to the pool area. food and service excellent at good value for money. only disappointment was the unavailability of my first two choices of red wine, but a sustitute was offered. nice pool area - very family friendly. i also liked the layout of the hotel. several buildings joined by walkways make it interesting. the breakfast buffet i also give 10/10 for food variety and service. altogether a very memorable and pleasant stay. i will be back!
