The best in Phuket”
We agonised long and hard on where to stay (there are so many options out there). But the Nai Harn was incredible! The food was incredible from all the restaurants and we are both foodies so a little harder to please. The breakfast buffet is the best I’ve ever hard. Gorgeous rooftop sunset bar. There was an very talented male singer who sung live which was a beautiful touch. The views are stunning across the entire hotel and the pool is lovely. The Hotel is so on THE most beautiful beach (and I’m Australian) it was so clean compared to other Phuket beaches and you have free access to the paddle boards and kayaks (we went out for sunset kayaks and it was stunning). The staff are so incredible, helpful and went completely out of their way for us. We’re already planning next Easter’s trip! Two notes: Our room smelt like cigarettes on the first night they moved and upgraded us immediately. Yes there is only 1 pool and it’s not large but the beach is so beautiful and close that it more than makes up for this.

Lovely hotel, stunning view, nice rooms, don't order room service”
I'll start off by saying that there is no doubt this is the best hotel in Rawaii by a mile. Rooms are great. Airconditioning is quiet and powerful, bedding is luxe, pillows are down. Location is postcard perfect. My only issue is with the pricing on things in-hotel. I mean everyone expects hotel prices to be double or triple what they should be, I've got no issue with that. But pricing of room service is literally 10-20 times the real price. Specifically.... fried rice was 680b++. I ordered it expecting some super-luxe version and when it came was literally identical to the ones next door which are 50b. I mean I'm not complaining about the fried rice. It was a fair copy of the same thing you get everywhere in Thailand, and I expect to be ripped off in a hotel... I just didn't expect to be THAT ripped off. The bill for a couple of Thai dishes (a small dish of 4 chicken satays, a fried rice portion which was molded into a small bowl and a pad grapaw pork (the most common street food dish in thailand) was 2500b. When I asked my Thai wife how much she thought the bill was, and told her.... she, her mother, and BOTH the Nai Harn wait staff burst into laughter. I mean this bill was such a blatant rip off that you couldn't even get upset about it. The staff thought it was pretty funny too!!! We've had a few laughs since then at the in-house promotional materials they leave around the place. The elevator is currently advertising "Moo ping pork sticks, 680thb++".... Which, if you've been to Thailand you would know these are 5b each on literally any corner. And plain rice to go with your meal is only $5 a bowl!!! (plus VAT and tax and service) Don't get me wrong, I'm not expecting to pay the same price outside the hotel as in. I'm not a cheap charlie either, I usually stay in hotels in the $500-$1000 a night price range. I know what to expect on the price-value continuum. So yeah, its a great hotel, but the internal pricing left a bad taste in my mouth.

Amazing hotel with mindblowing views!”
I first discovered the Nai Harn when I visited Phuket for the first time. I loved the beach wasn't extremely crowded and that it was also really clean. This time around, I booked the Nai Harn and upgraded my room to an ocean view room. It's honestly worth every penny, especially with the beautiful room, amenities, as well as the spectacular view from your private balcony. I would've stayed for a week if I could had my schedule not been so tight. The breakfast buffet was to die for! So many options and the food was also really fresh. There are small restaurants and street food stands close to the hotel or you can dine at one of the many restaurants within hotel property. The service provided by all of the staff was beyond amazing! They were all really helpful and helped make the experience of living by the beach 10 times more amazing. I can't wait to go back in the future! It's a great place for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of cities.

Absolutely 5*”
We have visited Phuket before and stayed at many 5* hotels. This is by far the best. The views are stunning, the rooms are huge and well designed. The staff offer exceptional service. There is complimentary fruits to the room and even the pool side. Being vegetarian, at breakfast I enquired if a dish was vegetarian. Within a minute or two the chef sent out a dish for me. Not only that, they remembered for when I went in the next morning. In the evening we were exploring the hotel and ended up at the bar. The bar manager Pat came and just chatted to us. Such a professional guy with a personal touch. Taught us how to take selfies! Ended up having drinks and it was so memorable. The only down side is that the pubic beach near by has a steady flow of plastic from the ocean even though I saw people cleaning it daily. The pool is medium sized with plenty of deck chairs and once again the views are breath taking. Definitely would recommend!!

Travel to Nai Harn with my sister and we loved every moment at the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large and with every room comes an outstanding view, staff are always smiling and ensuring we have the best time - we certainly can’t wait to return. Breakfast in the mornings provide a large selection and one of the best buffet breakfast we have had on all our travels. Phuket 30 minutes away and easy to visit from the hotel. Beach is steps away and water is warm and clear. Hotel provide umbrellas, paddle boards and kayaks. Rooms are well decorated, beds exceptionally comfortable, safe/coffee/tea/robe/bug spray/slippers/beach flip flops/umbrella/converter all provided in the room. Highly recommend and we will absolutely return.

Wonderful Hotels & Experience”
My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week in an Ocean View Suite. The room and view were spectacular and the bed was huge and super comfortable. My only complaint was there is no cable TV service and the TV could not connect to Wireless or stream cast to it. However, we didn't spend much time in the room other than sleeping anyway but it would have been nice to be able to catch a movie at the end of the day. The buffet breakfast was excellent as well and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Nai Harn beach is one of the best I've visited in Phuket. Be prepared to travel via Taxi or walk a considerable distance as there isn't much in the way of business near the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

The Crown Jewel of Phuket”
My husband and I just spend our 15 year anniversary here and we had an incredible time! I can't say a single bad thing about this hotel. The staff was so lovely and accommodating, the location and views of the hotel are unparalleled, the food at all of the restaurants is top-notch, and the rooms and amenities are simply amazing. The hotel provided a complimentary bottle of proscecco for our anniversary and had a gorgeous display for us upon arrival. The view from our rooms was so gorgeous we didn't want to leave. The beds were so plush and the linens were super high quality. The grounds are kept immaculate and the hotel looks beautiful from every angle. We really enjoyed the happy hour at the pool each day and we also enjoyed cocktails at sunset at the Reflections pool...a must see and do when you stay here! The hotel also provides beach towels, umbrellas, snorkels, kayaks and more when you visit the beach. They really have thought of every possible thing for an unforgettable stay!

Amazing stay! ”
Some of the most dedicated, kind and hard working staff I’ve encountered in all of my years of travel. Hotel was gorgeous, impeccably clean and the food was delicious. We wanted something far away from partying and tourism so location was prime, it’s about an hour from the airoport however it’s very much worth it. The beach was gorgeous, there is a little town area where one can venture out and plenty of activities to do near by, main marina pier is about 20 minutes away. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I have visited Phuket several times and stayed at various great hotels. This was our first stay at the Nai Harn, and we conclude that this place is amazing, unique and outstanding. The located right at the beach in fantastic. The rooms are excellent (we stayed at a 80 sqm Grand Ocean view room). All facilities are very good. Impressive buffet breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. The Nai Harn is not the cheapest on the island (far from) but taking into account the quality of facilities and services, it is actually excellent value for money. We now know where we will stay during our next visit to Phuket: The Nai Harn

Zero complaints, Relaxing stay ”
I’ve stayed in many nice resort with my family, but this is hand down for the best beach resort I’ve ever stayed in. Everything in the resort is extremely clean and well kept. Their over the hill sea view is just phenomenal. The resort itself is picture perfect! The best part of this place is the friendly staff I encountered. Shout out to P’ Champ, the beach activity trainer. He always put a smile on his face and so patience with the new learner like myself. Last but not least, they got delicious food! Their breakfast that is included is made of quality. The location where the breakfast is served is also gorgeous! We also had a blast at reflection bar where there’s live music. What a relaxing time! If I have to think of one downside. Then it might be that this resort is a little further from the city. But that should not be a problem since resort itself has plenty of activities available. (Also got paid transport within reasonable price if you wish to leave the property) Overall very impressed with this stay and want to come back already!

We keep coming back”
Our fourth (fifth?) time at the property. It's simply wonderful. I love the view, love the morning breakfast spread. Love the location. The beach can get somewhat dirty in the mornings but there are plenty of people to clean it by noon. The pool is a welcome respite until then. The lake walk is wonderful way to stretch out in the evenings. I'll be back again.

We had a chance to stay here during Feb-21 so, no tourist from oversea. The location is great as it is only hotel close to Nai Harn beach. The room is super nice , with a nice sofa bed at the sea-view balcony. Staff from bellboy to beach activities station are really good and welll-trained. If I really have to find some area to deduct from perfect 10 maybe the small swimming pool may not excite the kids .But i rather swim at the sea. I always change the hotel everytime but for Phuket, I am worry tgat I can not find any better hotel.

Exceptional”
My husband and I have had some amazing travels in Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. This was the first time I truly felt we had 5 star service. If we had a need, it had been anticipated. From Pi and Dia and the team in Cosmo to Roong greeting us on our first day to having ice brought to our room without us having to call, all our needs were anticipated. The views are amazing, the food is outstanding, the location tranquil and convenient. Honestly I don't think you could ask for a better location from which to explore Phuket.

The view from the room is breathtaking. Stunning! Staff is so helpful. Upgraded our stay. Also helped us to find our lost earphone. Super thanks to the staff, sorry I forgot to get his name. Holiday away from the crowd, this is the place. The breakfast spread is amazing and great start to the day. Highly ideal for a relaxing holiday but not for those who intend to travel around Phuket. located in nice quiet cove”
Love this quiet and tucked away hotel, one of the rare ones that we immediately agreed that we wouldn't mind coming back again for our next Phuket trip. Spacious room, well kept, balcony day-bed is surprisingly not icky at all. Staff always attentive smiling and greeting you. Daily fruits water towel well replenished & turn down service. Love the breakfast it was a good spread. Also appreciate that your cheese ham fruits and yoghurt etc are in a separate aircon room. The view every morning at breakfast is awesome, beach is just a few steps away from property. I liked that there's NO deck chairs/umbrellas at this beach = no trash and cleaner sandy beach! Because it is in a cove the waters are usually calm and good for swims (unlike other beaches like Karon). Nai Harn being far out, we drove, thoroughly enjoy driving up and down the winding roads esp during sunset. Oh and the staff also surprised me with birthday cake & message decorated on my birthday, attention to details : >

Perfect hotel! Lobby is really hip and the welcome drink was so good! Customer service is top notch in this hotel! Room service food was spectacular! We had the steak and burger. Extremely pleased with our stay. My partner proposed during at their sunset Happy Hour at Reflection Bar. Breathtaking view and perfect set for a quiet proposal. What more could I ask? Love every single bit of Nai Harn!

Great location and best service!”
The Hotel is only hotel located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket, Nai Harn Beach. Great location for sunset and beach/water sports. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Excellent facilities. Great breakfast with variety and fresh homemade food. Hotel manager come out to greet all guests during breakfast...very impressive! Only downside is a limit of parking spaces. Highly recommended. I would come back to stay here again!

Absolutely delightful and safe”
We finished our stay in Thailand spending 2 nights at the Nai Harn and our experience was extremely positive. Lovely and spacious rooms, delicious food, brilliant happy hour with live music ( a MUST see) from the amazing Eric Canham at the Reflections and very friendly and supportive staff. All of this in a very COVId-!9 safe environment. We will definitely stay there again. It was magical.
