The hotel is located in a very good location, not far from Suvarnaphumi airport and still in a quiet corner of Bangkok. I and my family stayed there as we had flights to catch in the next morning. The airport transfer is very good, on time and the drivers were polite. The staff at the hotel were very nice too. The hotel still looks new, well decorated and maintained. I'd recommend this hotel if you have flights to catch and need somewhere to put your heads down for good rest. Their beds are comfortable, for someone like me with back pain problem their bed really helped support my back. Only one small thing I would say they should consider improving is the size of toiletries bottles, they are way too small comparing with all other hotels out there (shampoo, liquid hand soup, body lotion). They weren't contained enough amount for even 1 person to have a full shower. There were 2 of us staying we had to request for 1 more set. But this won't put us of coming back again. Thanks for the service provided.
The hotel was very modern and clean just like the pictures. We didn’t get to swim in the pool but it was also very nice looking/clean. We grabbed a drink at the bar, but didn’t grab any food. The bartender had limited English so there was some confusion about having some wine sent upstairs but room service was nice and worked it out. There are a lot of places to eat outside of the hotel at Robinsons and the Paseo Mall if your willing to walk about 10 minutes. I was just a little disappointed that the hotel receptionist bwas not able to order me a pizza and I had to walk to get one. They told me it was not their job, but you would think that for a 5 star they could call to have my pizza delivered. I would have paid for the service. So this place is really 5 star on paper and by service. I would not recommend this place for a young family unless you rent a suite with a kitchen. The rooms do not have microwaves and I asked them to warm up specialty food I brought from home for my daughter and they said they could not do it for me. After traveling about 22 hours we just wanted to eat and sleep. My 4 yr. Old daughter did not want to eat what they had on the limited room service menu. I’ve never had this much trouble with food accommodations at other hotels in Thailand. Usually they are willing to oblige for little kids. Although I had some problems, I’d still recommend the hotel for people that want a quiet, clean place with good location. I’m not sure the hotel is worth the extra money that you pay from the other hotels in the same street. I will be staying somewhere else on my way back home.

Great Stay, Excellent Service Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short distance from the airport, making it convenient for our travel plans. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring that we felt welcome and taken care of. The facilities were top-notch, with clean and well-maintained amenities. The bathroom was spacious and tidy, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job in maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, allowing us to stay connected during our time at the hotel. We chose this hotel for our final night in Bangkok because it’s just a 10-minute drive to the airport and offers a free shuttle service. Just make sure to book the shuttle in advance. We stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room—I initially thought it included a balcony, but it didn’t. That might’ve been my mistake, though it wasn’t a big deal since we only needed the room to rest before our early flight the next morning. The pool was clean and had a jacuzzi, with towels provided for guests. There's also a sauna available. We didn’t get to eat the food so no comment on that.

I would like to share my recent experience while staying at The Park Nine Hotel (first time in the Suite one bedroom / second time in the Deluxe room). Overall, the hotel is great, the rooms are clean, and all the staff are very polite and provide excellent service. The breakfast was also very good with a variety of options. During my second stay (on the morning of Sunday, June 29, 2025), I encountered an unexpected incident in the hotel's breakfast area. While we were having breakfast, a group of three Korean customers (a father, mother, and daughter, dressed politely, with a focus on the Korean mother who had shoulder-length hair and fair skin; I think if I say this much, the hotel could easily guess who she is) came into the dining area, presumably to buy breakfast only and not staying at the hotel. This family sat at the table next to us, while we were sitting and talking normally. I then heard the first shout from this woman directed at a female staff member of the hotel just because her order had not been served yet (she spoke English mixed with Thai in a foreign accent, and her tone and demeanor towards the staff were not good at all). After sitting for a while, we continued to eat normally while this woman started banging her coffee spoon on our table repeatedly while saying in English something we interpreted as, “If you’re done eating, please leave the dining room because your noise is bothering me” (she said this in an angry tone and was clearly trying to order us out of the dining room). This wasn’t the first time I encountered this woman. Let me go back two weeks earlier when I first stayed at The Park Nine. I also met her in the dining room, and as usual, I heard her shout at a female staff member about yogurt that she had ordered, and when the staff brought the wrong one, she shouted and displayed bad behavior towards the staff. After today’s incident, we returned to our room and called room service to relay what we experienced. The staff listened and apologized while offering us a cake as an apology from the hotel, which was a very quick reaction. In reality, it was not the staff’s or the hotel’s fault at all. It was an issue of an external customer coming in to buy breakfast as if they were a regular patron and behaving inappropriately towards the staff or trying to chase other guests away at their whims. I don’t know how often this happens, and if it occurs with other customers who don’t speak out like we do, but The Park Nine is a really nice hotel in the Ladkrabang area. However, encountering a situation like this makes me hesitant to stay again because I’m unsure if I would encounter that woman shouting at people in the dining area again (I have noticed that I see her every Sunday morning when I stay there, as I have encountered her on both occasions). I would like to send this experience to the hotel management as a case study. If incidents like this occur, what solutions does the hotel have to resolve the issue? P.S. Thank you to the staff member who listened and came to apologize at our room; you were very sweet. ❤️
